@@set3777 Thanks. I just got home from work and have not eaten yet. So I am "starving." I'll make leek pancakes, eggs, sweet potatoes , and kimchi on the side. An orange bell pepper smoothie to wash it all down. But if I were there, I'd gladly try anything on their menu!

2023 m'a fait découvrir cette jeune femme qui a repris l'affaire de son grand père malade 🙏 très touchant et pleine de courage. Ainsi que le Français Rémy avec ses plats "simple" de la cuisine Française, (quiche, escargots, la saucisse) et vrai show man 😄 Très belle année 2024 à vous tous, et vive la cuisine Japonaise 👍

與台式日本拉麵，
不是日本料理啦！
鍋具是台式快速爐與炒鍋、鍋鏟，
豆芽炒韭菜、大骨熬湯都是台式道地手法，
炒飯與炒麵是很傳統的古早味台式炒飯、炒麵（燴麵），
蓋飯是使用滑蛋手法，
拉麵也是典型台式作法，
只是麵種使用日本產的蕎麥麵，
至於肉片則使用捆砸的燒肉手法製作，
帶點港式與日式的部份手法，
至於牛排則是典型台式牛排煎法，
使用新鮮食材佐以海鹽或玫瑰鹽簡單調味，
就能調製出最美味的類骰子牛牛排肉，
飯也是使用了蛤蠣鮮美湯汁所蒸煮，
鮮美又營養。

Im not exaggerating when I say that Japan literally has one of the best tasting foods in the world. Remember when you watch anime and they eat food and get all cloudy because of the taste? Its like that when I first tasted takoyaki and ramen in japan. Its the best!!
