Chef, when I saw the new flattop I was happy for you...but I also knew you were in for a bit of a battle (especially with eggs) until the grill gets properly seasoned. Also, your mushrooms are things of beauty! 👌

Hi, yes, back bacon is more common here for breakfast, but it tastes pretty much the same as streaky bacon. It doesn't get as crispy because there is less fat, but still nice. I personally prefer Hungarian smoked bacon 👌😀👍

My guess is that it probably costs the same as the onion filling which he didn't charge for. So while technically incorrect on the bill, it won't affect the cost.

That's the cheapest cafe I've seen, with a chef cooking for you. To prevent the eggs from sliding to the back, level the griddle with a shim.
