30 min DUMBBELL SCULPT WORKOUT | Full Body | 2 Sets of Dumbbells | Warm Up and Cool Down Included

  • Join me for a 30 minute DUMBBELL SCULPT WORKOUT to strengthen from head to toe. Today I'll be using two 5LB dumbbells and two 10LB dumbbells, but choose whichever weights suit you best. This is a low impact routine which means there is NO JUMPING. As a bonus, there is a warm up and cool down included in todays routine. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

    - Light set of dumbbells (I'll be using two 5LB weights)
    - Medium set of dumbbells (I'll be using two 10LB weights)

    I love how smooth and steadily you take us through the moves. not crazy fast which often leads to people doing them with poor posture or without keeping their core strong. that leads to injury, but you take it nice and clean and smooth. Perfect!

    Just did this workout over my lunch break - great routine, thanks Mik! I didn't have two sets of dumbbells so I just used a 7lbs pair and then two cans of beans LOL

    I have been following you since April 2023, I had Gastric Bypass 06/2022 and did not workout at all, lost 170lbs and the skin and body shape was all over!!!! So i slowly started adding workouts in April 2023 as well. You're my favorite, I try to search for other channels and workouts, but it doesn't feel the same! so i always end up playing yours.     I am on week 3 of the 2024 Winter Challenge and I loved this work out. I found it challenging yet not over reach. My goal is to tone, lose weight in addition to becoming stronger. With completion of week 3 I can tell my arms have developed more strength (I can do more than 5 push ups, yay) and my stomach is slowly flattening. Thank you for the work videos. I enjoy them.

    Great workout with 2 sets of weights which I like as some exercises can tolerate a heavier weight. I really like your workouts, they are easy to follow and challenging to do! I especially like that there is no repeats too. You explain the exercise well too

    The last movement defeated me and I skipped it completely. After two weeks of winter challenge I am exhausted and I can't seem to do everything I am capable of. But I love our style and your workouts so I will continue. My body will have to catch up :)

    I love how your moves are slow and controlled and oh so challenging! You may want to increase the time between sets bc I feel it's not enough time for you to explain what the next exercise is without tapping into the beginning of the clock

    Mik, just when i questioned you dropping down to 5 & 10 pound dumbells i tried being smarter and doing 8 as my light and quickly switched to 5 as you as always were right. Loved this combo.

    What a terrific workout!! I used 10 and 5 lb. Dumbbells and wow, it was challenging!! Love that it had lots of Barre inspired moves and I absolutely loved the core session!! Great workout!!

    I'm sure I've commented the same before, but you have the absolute best workout videos out there! The look, the music, the exercises, the way it all flows, your cues... it's perfect. The way you structure the workout makes it challenging for the body but I never feel bored or overwhelmed. It's always doable but I definitely feel the burn and get results. It's also feminine and wonderful for women (although men could do this for sure!). Thank you for putting out such high quality videos. You've helped me so much getting back on track and feeling good about myself. ❤
