- These are the stretches that I do daily to help improve my recovery and flexibility. As a football kicker it is super important to be flexible. For me stretching is a key component to make me the best football kicker I can be.

Can you do what you do in the weight room to get stronger?
Search a video called strength training for kickers
What I do is:
Squats 3x8
Cleans 3x8
Bulgarians 3x10/leg
Hip Thrusts 3x5 (heaviest)
Single Back extensions 3x15
Stretch for like 15-20

Great stretch Caden, thanks. I’m 60 years old former high school place kicker. Recently split the uprights from 30 yards (the 20 yard line). First time I’d kicked a ball in 42 years. Seeing if I can’t work my way back to 40 yarders (my high school max comfort distance) and then who knows, maybe 50. I really need to increase flexibility and this routine is going to be a big part of that. #from50@60.
How far can u kick from now?
Still kicking at 60 gives me so much hope! I’m 30 and I just started kicking 4 months ago for the fun of it and it’s the best high I could ever ask for.

I m 22 and just start football (im french) and wanted to play punter or kicker but was afraid to don t that enough flexible but with this video i will work on it each day thanks a lot

No these are good to do anytime. Just make sure to ease into each stretch
Thanks. I’m an 8th grader. I’ve been watching your videos, and these have helped me a lot. I’m trying to make the high school team as a kicker. Do you have any other advice?
How far are you kicking right now? I’m in 7th grade and I want to know we’re I should be at by that time. 😃
@ZHMproductions I'm a freshman and I kick 45 yard field goals, kickoffs to about the 10 .

yo how many kicks should you do each practice (ko & fg)
If you are doing just field goals that day, I would say probably around 30-40 field goals and no more than 60. But if you are doing kickoffs too, I would recommend kicking less field goals because kickoffs use more of your energy. And I would say don’t kick more than 20 kickoffs in one day

I feel like im doing everything and sometimes I'm at my best and I'm making everything from like 40 and under but sometimes i can get the ball high enough and i barley hit from 20 i just don't know why I'm so inconsistent
I’m very inconsistent as well! I started kicking 4 months ago and mental health plays a huge roll. If I’m not doing good mentally I kick the ball wrong almost every time but whenever I’ve had a good week I can usually hit one from 40.
