    Hey my name is Brance combs. I am a volunteer football coach for my son’s football team. I just wanted to say thank you for the content. I am gonna try to use your warm ups for our little 7 year old kicker. He isn’t doing any field goals in this league just kickoffs. I have already shared one of your other videos with my other coaches. But again thank you for taking the time to give the content.

    I just started kicking 4 months ago and I’ve been dying to find a good stretch routine. Thanks for this! 👍🏻

    I just feel the need to say that I absolutely love your videos. I’m a 15 year old girl and I really wanna play football as a kicker. I’ve been watching your videos and working hard everyday to get stronger and better. Although, I haven’t been able to actually kick for real because I live in New York and there’s like 2 feet of snow covering the fields this time of year. I’ve been practicing my swing in my basement and as soon as the snow melts I’m gonna actually start the real kicking. But your videos are a huge help to me, keep doing what you’re doing :)

    Thank you for doing these, my son is a freshman and soccer has been his sport for all of his young life, he wants to kick for the football team. Your videos have been of great help and extremely informative. I do have a question on the shoes you wear. he is wearing soccer shoes as this is the most comfortable, are you wearing football and a kicking shoe or? Steve

      Steve, I highly highly recommend signing your son up for Caden's virtual lessons. He has been helping my son since June and has seen a 10-15 yard increase on his kickoffs and better accuracy with his field goals. Caden is very easy to work with very helpful.

      I am wearing one football cleat and one soccer. I wear a football cleat as a plant cleat on my left foot. This just helps with stability when I plant. It’s not necessary but I try to use every advantage I can.

      @@cadennovikoff hey man, I’ve seen a lot of kickers use two different shoes. Got a couple questions, what plant shoe do you use? I’m questioning it because my ideology is with the two different shoes I feel like the approach and getting use to it would be a big difference.
      Last one, I also see some kickers use kangaroo leather cleats, heard it’s better for contact, what’s your opinion on this topic?

    • @cadennovikoff
      @cadennovikoff  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You just have to get use to having two different shoes. It really didn’t take me too long. It took me about a month to get really comfortable in 2 different shoes. My plant shoe is the Nike Vapor Edge Pro 360.
      So I use leather cleats because I like them more and they are more comfortable. But it really doesn’t matter for ball contact. It’s just personal preference

      @@cadennovikoff Caden, since you aren't currently in Houston, is there anyone you would recommend for field goal kicking in the Houston area? Can you tell me more about your virtual videos?

    Usually my team does their own warm ups and I am worried this will take too long to do before a game

    • @cadennovikoff
      @cadennovikoff  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would always try to get on the field early and do your own warm up and then join the team warmup. Sometimes the coach will just make you warm up with the team which is okay as well.
