Yes, hydroplaning can happen to anyone but you have a much better chance of NOT almost killing your self and your friend and totalling your car if you have two hands on the wheel, full attention and the road and are going the speed limit. It’s gross negligence and criminal negligence, as well as reckless driving, and if Michael had died, he’d be catching a manslaughter charge. It’s not just a traffic accident.
As someone who got T-boned by a car full of high arse 20yr olds driving without license/registration/insurance & expired plates. This triggered me so hard. He is an extremely predatory individual. (As I forgot earlier) - Let me throw out a massive *allegedly* as these allegations have not been confirmed, but have also been out there for a few months now with a few to corroborate it. The best video I can recommend is J Aubrey's "The Endless Depravity of Kick | The Worst Streamers Of All Time." He has a section in there regarding Jack (although the entire video is amazing) that covers a lot of the allegations. Thanks to random stranger in the comments who helped me remember!
Great. So we have another Andrew Tate on our hands. Dude probably is a fan of Tate. They are both awful people who should be forgotten and homeless in an alley somewhere.

America isn't a real country. That frame of his mansion with his mom standing in front of a big OnlyFans emblem after her 20-yr old psychopathic son just purposely crashed his McLaren and almost killed his "friend" is straight out of an over-the-top satirical skit.

I am sex-positive 100%, I want everyone to explore sexuality, I have no prudishness whatsoever, except when it comes to people promoting pornography to children.
Not old fashioned. Children should not be exposed to pornography. Adults can understand the difference between fantasy and reality. They can understand that porn is not a real depiction of sex. Children do not understand this, they don’t know what is acceptable or what consent is. A lot of porn plays with the idea of consent. It plays with a lot of taboos like underage and incest. Children do not have the capacity to understand the context. this is grooming.
no i absolutely agree. it’s really really weird, especially since this guy cannot possibly have an audience of over 13-14 year olds. it’s one thing if it’s a creator who’s watched by adults and a small amount of older teens (still kinda iffy), but this is disgusting.
Me too. I only wonder how on earth it is possible to publish this kind of "content". That really should be illegal in every goddamn platform around the world. Also, why is his shirt off the entire time post-crash? No one is walking around half naked on purpose after surviving a car crash. He's weird and obnoxious.
That's what I kept thinking too! It made me uncomfortable. Like why did he take his shirt off? Why? He seems like a really empty person, like just not an empathetic and thoughtful individual. It felt like he did it cause he has an onlyfans and taking his shirt off is like him trying to weirdly promote that? I literally don't know, but I could see that being a reason
as someone who's seen the extended footage, he took it off like... forty seconds after the crash, as soon as nearby cars started slowing down. like he saw people and just autopiloted peeling his shirt off.
His friend should sue him for attempted vehicular manslaughter. I don’t even like using this term, but it’s giving sociopathic. It’s a miracle no one else was injured or worse.
The fact he didn't once show an ounce of concern for his bleeding friend and was like "bruh my car this is such a bummer! Don't stop filming!" Absolutely zero shame, humility or empathy

Same, I got my licence in 2021, where there were few cars on the road. Now, I would rather walk multiple times to store than drive. The worst part is that I live close to a primary school. I have seen people speeding during school days. 🙃
I watched j.aubrey's The Depravity of Kick video and another twerp like Jack Doherty got into a car with a "content creator" whose whole shtick is to rent fast expensive cars and drive really fast while weaving in and out of traffic. All for engagement and cawntent. Your fears are very much justified.

Jack isn’t an influential person, he is a child that is watched because his life is a train wreck. 72 MPH, in the rain, rapid acceleration while hydroplaning, all because he needed to read chat. He is a danger to the public!
What makes reckless driving like this even more disgusting is the fact that it not only endangers passengers in the car, but EVERYONE ON THE ROAD! It is genuinely such a miracle that this crash didn't lead to a pileup omfg
This kid is an actual monster. The H3 Podcast had an episode all about him and it was truly horrifying. He needs to be behind bars before he seriously injures someone. He has already emotionally/psychologically hurt many.
I crashed a car going 40 once. Like actually 40. Slammed on the brakes at 40 and still immediately rendered the car a total loss. It was genuinely one of the most terrifying moments of my entire life and has made it so I'm still too scared to get behind the wheel of another car 5 years later. This guy is lucky he's not currently a smear on the pavement.
omfg same, I watched the actual video just to see and it straight up brought back memories from that crash. genuinely terrifying experience, I thought I was 100% over it until today
The only Jack Doherty video worth watching is the one where his older brother punches him for stealing his car. To my knowledge that video is the only indication that Jack faced direct consequences for anything he’s done in his life.
GOING 70 MPH IN THE RAIN IS INSANELY IRRESPONSIBLE. Hydroplaning can happen as low as 35 mph. They are so lucky to be alive and not have hit any other car during that crash. Jail for Jack Doherty

Seeing this guy make CONTENT off of being a careless driver is so deeply upsetting and insulting, bc it's just promoting this mindset that it's normal and it happens and it's not that serious. Driving is that serious, and thinking otherwise gets people hurt and it gets people killed.

To put the speed into perspective: At 70mph, you are going a little over a hundred feet per second. Glancing at your phone for just a few seconds at that speed means you just drove the length of a football field, blind. And he did this in the pouring rain, on the highway.
Also, no traction on the wheels is why the speedometer dropped: the wheels weren't rotating at 70mph but the car was still moving that fast.

a gen z coworker was showing me a video of girls fighting-like fully beating each other bloody-and i told him i don’t like seeing stuff like that cuz reality tv exploits people with mental illnesses and causes them so much trauma. that same coworker got upset when i tried to train him to be more independent and to help the cleaning lady without always relying on her-a department that only has 1 person working it in the entire warehouse at all times. when he was upset, i told him “ya? your feelings are more important than helping the most overworked and understaffed department?” i hate what social media is turning people into.
Start documenting and report to HR. That's unprofessional asf.
lack of empathy is killing our souls
And that is the result of incredibly poor parenting.
@@zogwort1522 "snitch behavior" we're not 12 or in a gang 🙃
Being an older Gen Z myself (1997) I always did hate how the younger Gen Z are like really from my experience the older Gen Z people really hate the younger ones cause man they really are devoid of empathy
It's downright pathetic how Kick streamers desperately want to be seen as rule-breaking edgelords, yet they're extremely sensitive about getting villain reputations.
LITERALLY they remind me of the five year olds I used to work with: doing bad things for fun then being extremely upset when there are consequences for them. I can’t 🙄
“No one’s gone through what I gone through just now” except for MICHAEL??? He was also in the crash??? Did you forget???????????
Acting like he's the only person who's been in an accident and almost died??? People have died from that and tons of people experience car accidents 😭
how much vehicular misbehaviour does it take for a crime to be beyond fines, YOU SHOULDNT BE RICH ENOUGH TO HAVE THE RIGHT TO ENDANGER SOCIETY
I can't imagine actually posting a video where one of my 'friends' got so hurt that they needed to go to the hospital. Thank you, D'Angelo, for covering this and refusing to sugarcoat the heinous behavior that was exemplified in that video. You can't singlehandedly fix the internet, but you're a wonderful example of how to make engaging content without taking advantage of those around you or putting yourself/others in danger.
Not his friend. Don't feel bad for the guy who's job is to video tape a scumbag while abusing people in public.
@@buzzgreen5465 I don't think ANYONE deserves that kind of indignity, but it's not necessarily that I feel bad for him- I'm just disgusted at the decision to post stuff like this. A real person was hurt and now this guy is going to profit off of that pain.
@@maxwellwillows Jack is a pimp who traps young girls into lop sided onlyfans contracts as soon as they turn 18. Yea the camera man who takes part of that life getting hurt is totally fine with me.
The aggravating factor being that this "friend" (cameraman, whatever) was harmed specifically because of his own negligent and wilfully dangerous behaviour. It's not like the two were out and the cameraman _happened_ to get hurt. Jack literally did this to him.
He did this to his girlfriend too. Flipped a golf cart with her on it and left her in the car to go party until they finally realized she needed to go to the ER.
Dave told me to tell you guys that in light of recent circumstances he proposes that we all agree to stop saying _"influencer"_ and instead start using the term _"clout goblin"_ henceforth in the spirit of verisimilitude or whatever
that is all
Or we could go back to calling them criminals -speeding and reckless driving are two.
Just a new name for Wannabees
This was so insane, I had to tell my 95yo Grandad about it. Which meant explaining the context of "people aren't just filming themselves doing crimes, but are doing it LIVE ON THE INTERNET so everyone can watch in real time... No this isn't new, or too uncommon." Poor old man has now been inflicted with knowing about this doofus too 😂
Why would you do that to your grandpa😔Rip his faith in humanity-
Poor grandad, as a Gen Z a year older than Jack, I'm sorry this is what the world has come to.
Maybe give grandpa a palette cleanser with something nice? DailyDoseOfInternetCats, as an example.
3:05 the car had already been totalled way before the spin... from the second it got that paintjob
I assumed it was a vinyl wrap.
I feel like if a person has a history of crashing cars and a being a nuisance on the road they shouldn’t be allowed a license, cars are weapons fr
mclarens are disgustingly expensive. imagine being privileged enough to do this with no second thought.
Luxury cars really are just toys for the rich. Their upkeep costs are insane and it's not like they really get you from point a to b any better than a normal car. Even if I was rich I'd probably consider them a hassle, I'd probably get a boat instead - they're kinda their own money pit but damn sailing is honestly so soothing.
He treats everyone like they’re npcs in his world where he thinks he is the main character I wouldn’t be too surprised if he filmed his parents on their deathbed for content
They'd probably deserve it for raising him like that. They enable him. And anyway it would most likely go something like "get your 💵 son✌️💀"
@@TattyLocks It definitely looks like his mom at least is an enabler for him, but you really can't put the way someone turns out 100% on their parents. Sometimes, people simply decide on a horrible path in life, even if they did have the best guidance from them.
if michael (cameraman) doesn’t take that as a clear cut sign that this dude doesn’t care if he lives or dies idk what will. he needs to quit & sue immediately. this kid is the type to only care when someone dies bc his income will be affected dear Lord.
D'Angelo I would like you to know that hearing the words "If I had to sum up today's entire video in a single word, it would be..." just made me involuntarily happy stim. You've become a source of autistic joy in my daily life and I'm really thankful for that!
3rd Video I've watched from you, I just subscribed.
1) great voice
2) good delivery
3) some vibe I can't put my finger on.
His parents encouraged this. If he is who I think he his, he started out as a prankster chanel in his mid teens. And his parents were fully supportive of it. What a giant child
Considering there is stream footage of him on his phone AND the data from the cars computer is probably going to be reviewed, *AND* he has a history of crashing things on purpose... I'd be surprised if the authorities are not investigating this????
suspend his license permanently. tbh.
Suspend his internet access indefinitely as well.
Actually, suspend his access to any technology newer than 1960. He can have a gramophone, a radio, and a landline. Maybe a (non video) film camera.
expel his license lol
@@squash6497 Man you know how sought after good gramophones are? Don't waste em on this waste of oxygen lol
I’m a high school teacher in a very affluent community. I’m so sorry y’all. There’s hundreds of these kids💀
My Cousin crashed so many cars. The last time she did is the reason why she's been in a wheelchair for almost 20 years and I'm unable to take care of herself. I also worked with trauma patients in hospitals and NH rehab. You learn to follow the rules of the road when you see the consequences of others who don't. Sad when the people NOT driving are seriously injured or unalived because of the driver's actions.
Its so frustrating how he's blaming everything else for him crashing the car. Like bro, you were going 70mph, in the rain, on your phone. Its literally in 4k bro.
He probably went over 70 if we’re gonna be real since before he crashed, he kept speeding up. He drove a McLaren 570s which can go 0-60mph in 3 seconds. I wouldn’t be surprised if he went over 100.
no you don’t understand 😢 the rain was in his way… why was it raining in the first place?? And who put a guardrail there?! poor Jack! Hopefully this never happens again (he needs his license revoked)
@_amaya. Poor poor jack. None of that could possibly his fault, he HAD to go 70mph 😢. ( i hope he rots in prison)
0:53 annoyed cos I thought this was going to be an orthopaedic astrology lecture, I’m clicking off.
What am I even paying this university for??
Still giving D’Angelo five stars on Rate My Professor tho.
The fact that he filmed himself reacting to the crash (with terrible acting) and then seemingly posed for a thumbnail beside the wreck?? Unhinged behaviour.
He’s lucky he didn’t get dissed in the song “Ish - Voicemail” 😅😅
He’s going to get money off of “almost dying” in yet another crash without even thinking about how he could have killed not only himself and his friend, but innocent people on that road. He should never be allowed to drive again.
The front half of the car disappeared like that, because the car doesn't have the engine in the front of the vehicle like 95% of the cars on the road. Still a very crazy wreck none the less.
They're at least lucky they were able to walk out of the crash with their legs intact; it looked like it got crashed or ripped pretty close to the cabin.
the parts with his mom made me simultaneously disgusted, mad af and sad?
He's an onlyfans "manager" I think... like Ricegum. Being charitable with the quotes around "manager"...
And he looks like he's not even old enough to be _consuming_ that sort of content
He’s a pimp. He’s the literal definition of a pimp.
He’s a pim* which is great /s given that most of his audience are children
It's got wannabe Andrew tate energy - absolutely abhorrent that openly s traffic-ing is not only normalised but idealised by this brand of kid
The way he turned the wheel, I immediately thought that was on purpose, before D'angelo mentioned it.
Someone I love very much has gone through re-learning to walk, talk, eat, and has lifelong disabilities because someone who had a record of crashing multiple vehicles hit him head on. The kid who hit them died on impact. The car exploded.
They are dealing with lifelong issues because of someone’s choices. Please, please be safe when you’re in the car. Your whole life and the people who love you could depend on it.
When my dad got us in a wreck by running a stop sign, causing me to black out, he yelled at me for not looking for his glasses when I woke up and got out of the car to see what was going on. The way people behave in these scenarios is unexplainable
I have been conditioned at this point to begin my day when D’Angelo uploads like a sleeper agent.
Me rn realizing it’s time to get up during the intro
same it's been a lifesaver having these videos to get ready to
As a fellow Miami-driver I just have to say thanks Jack. Thanks for total disregard while driving, in tropical weather, on our turnpike.
his insurance company is watching this video 🤑🤑
"And what were your actions immediately prior to the crash again?"
We were so close to the world becoming a slightly better place.
he shows such little regard for the safety of his employees. not even 'friends' cus theres NO way he can naturally acquire those without paying them
His 'friends' want some of his clout and will pretend to like him. You see this with all influencers of his kind.
How does this person even have car insurance
I don't know, but he's sure not getting a payout after filming himself breaking the law 🤣
Can we be sure that he even had insurance in the first place? When you get to a certain amount of wealth, fines for that stuff become less a deterrent and more a business expense.
Rich
You mean rewarding children for attention based on algorithm manipulation isn’t mentally healthy?
His cameraman should sue him.
Jack looks like a literal child and acts like one too. I don't understand how he's so involved with OnlyFans when his only fans are 12 year olds.
