This channel has never neglected to deliver clearly superior quality. No other optimum health channel compares. I know because I am pathetically actually addicted to viewing his competitors 7 days per week...night and day....... don't worry, I wear blue-blocker web eyeglasses.

This was such an informative video! The detailed explanations of how antioxidants and fiber in fruits like pears and berries support blood sugar control were eye-opening. I’m excited to add these to my diet and experiment with some of the recipes you suggested, like yogurt with fresh fruits or baked apples with cinnamon. Great content!

Nice video!!! But l think that it is up to one's choice to choose a fruit that makes you feel good after eating it. Some fruits that are very nutritious are only in seasons available, which makes choices difficult..for an instance Pomme granade. If l am wrong please clear for me!!! Thanks for sharing this info. 🤗🎉🎉🎉🙏❤

Here in Southeast Asia, we have to import those berries you mentioned, Locally we have plenty of durians, Rambutans, Mangosteen, Duku(lansium domesticum), mostly tropical fruits 😁.

I think that this video isn't really good compared to "Don't eat this vegetables when you have diabetes " (or something like that) from "type one talk" I just saw before.
"Type one talk" gives information about vegetables and fruits there. He classified them in green, yellow, and red. Apples and pears are in the yellow group only. Sweet cherries even in the red one, but sour cherries ate in the green group. To heat, ups the GI and further information are given there.
Compared to that video, this one is really not the very best.
