Love hearing Charles explain how to do the exercises, always in a safe way but with maximum results, this man is a wealth of knowledge, this is why I love TH-cam🍀🍀
Thanks for the foot placement for the front hack. I didn't know how to stand so I've never done them. And another thing do not lean on the pad it'll kill your lower back.
Out of curiosity. I have osteoarthritis on both knees. Bone on bone. A doctor once told me that I would eventually probably need surgery. He also said exercise would help prolong the necessity of surgery. So what leg strengthening exercises is safe for someone in my condition. I tried squats, but I can't go all the way down only a bit down. Thanks for listening.
Thank you for submitting your question. I strongly suggest to consider other forms of training, rehab and therapy. Before going to surgery. Look for misalignment or tightness on your quads, hips, glutes and hamstrings. as those often play a role in putting stress on knee joint. hope that helps
First, you do the warm up set for 15 reps. Second set do 15 reps and pause and do not release weight back into start position which keeps the tension on the muscle and then do 12 reps pause, 10 reps pause and so on and that will end your second set. Pause should be under 10 seconds, but thats just my recommendation to not waist too much time.
Goodmorning sirs, When squatting is it not a good idea to keep knees in lined with toes not putting over due stress on knees or is that a different variation
@@nancysmith9487 A wider stance is the default stance, but a more narrow stance will target more of the outer part of the quad and less of the hamstrings :)
Get cut with sir c.glass I see the you use a pad behind the back so sir c.glass why you don’t make the right machine then sir c.glass you could created a company that could make those machines instead of putting a pad behind their back all the time if you no the machine the training on is not right .ps as you say the sir Tom lay back on those machines back then when he do legs so you can see the problems so why not make those machines then the be amazing thing don’t you think so sir c.glass it’s an idea .✍🏻
Is the guy he's training just a regular guy, or NPC, or a pro or what? He's in good shape, but looks too small to do anything besides Physique or maybe natural bodybuilding, but like I said, Idk who he is. A little context anyone?

@@CharlesGlassGOB So the quads, hips, glutes and hamstrings are the parts I would need to workout and strengthen?
Hi capten Charles
I suggest that you if you do home exercises by body weight this time because of Corona there is no gym now I appreciate
Great stuff! What about calves? Does Adam only wear long pants?
Old school 💪💪💪
The first exercise, is this the machine you would normally sit down and do leg presses.??
How often can someone do a workout like this?
That man is in pain 😂

Can someone here breakdown just what Charles meant by the sets for leg press. 15,12,10,8etc without rest?

Goodmorning sirs,
When squatting is it not a good idea to keep knees in lined with toes not putting over due stress on knees or is that a different variation
You are still keeping your knees in line with your toes, just with a narrow stance.
@@MePorro_ thank you for reading and writing back... maybe the video was a little different then the one watched... but a wider stance make sense too
@@nancysmith9487 A wider stance is the default stance, but a more narrow stance will target more of the outer part of the quad and less of the hamstrings :)
