Visited Tokyo via Haneda recently. Good visit. Haneda is connected by both the monorail as well as the Keikyu Line rail. Tokyo is my fav city.

From JR Akihabara station look for "Electric Town" exit. For easier find, use Google map on your smartphone.

Yes you can, just avoid busy hours when people go to work and leaving from work, because the train will be extremely packed. Also look for elevators, most train stations have them.

If you're not changing to JR Yamanote line, then look for the exit signs.
The park is beautiful but why there is no one else there ..How to get there , is it nearby rail station ?

Because it's winter less people go to Yoyogi park. You can take subway Chiyoda line and stop at Yoyogi-koen station. Cheers.
It is nowhere near Akihabara. It is closer to Shinjuku Station than Akihabara. There is also a nice, clean hostel in Yoyogi-koen.

To be exact, it's in Shibuya city, close to Harajuku station not Shinjuku station.
I prefer to go from Yoyogi-koen subway station which is closer to one of the entrance
