Glad you find my video useful.
Your videos are so informative . Planning to go to Japan nexy year. You even put up the price of food. Satisfying.
Glad to hear that.
You are so helpful and patient in replying to everyone's questions. I will definitely have a few questions too when I decide to return to Tokyo for another visit. You're the best! 🥰 Subscribed.
It is my pleasure to be of your help. Thank you for subscribing!
Very interesting, lots of great information.
Thank you!
Best and precise, all-encompassing information on how to get into Tokyo from Haneda. Great job! Thank you. Subscribed. And! I learned a lot about a new area: Ariake. Fascinating sights! All the food suggestions. I will be arriving at Haneda and staying close to the airport for 4 full days. Ariake is on my list now.
Wow, so great to hear that. Thank you for subscribing. Have a nice time at Ariake!
Thank you for providing information.
Surprisingly, this is often taught to me by foreign tourists.
That’s interesting.
Very USEFUL!!! 👍 I have subscribed! 😊
Thank you for subscribing! Now making another video.
@@Locals_Japan_Guide I went to Japan in mid-Nov-2022 (not that crowded!) then again in early-April-2023 (but the Cherry Blossom was 1 week too early! 🙁)
Went to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka but not enough. Will back to Japan again but don’t know when! 😊
Wow, you travel a lot! There are early, regular and late blooming cherry blossoms. If different kind is O.K., you can see cherry blossom for one month. Coincidentally 4 of my shorts video are comparison of cherry blossoms.
so helpful information I need. Thanks so much!
Glad you like it!
Thank you for sharing this! I was looking for a place to chill before my departing redeye flight and now i know where to hang before it. Cheers!
Hope you will have a nice time.
Thank you.
My pleasure.
Oh this is great news! Taxi cost is so expensive. Thank you for sharing.
Glad to hear it!
Taxis are only expensive "compared" to trains. But in general, the taxi isn't expensive at all. They are worth the money.
Wow this is wonderful ❤❤ thank you
You're welcome 😊
just came back from Japan and there were many things that we learned from experience. The limousine airport bus is highly recommended for sure: they drop you off at the your desired terminal, log your luggages, the toilet inside the bus and individual air conditioning. We paid 3600 yen from Haneda to Narita.
It is also convenient when it stops at your hotel. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Hello, i hope someone will answer me. What train to take for haneda to ginza?
Take Keikyu line and change trains at Higashi Ginza station to Hibiya line. It is 620 yen.
Thats very helpful i can get down to Odaiba fairly quickly when i land.
Glad to hear that.
Great to know. I will arrive in Haneda at 5 am and will directly to Toyosu market to eat at Dai sushi. Thanks for the info.
Enjoy your trip!
Love this video. Thank you for posting. I subscribed. You just saved me $60 dolars.
Glad you like it. Thank you for subscribing!
I took the shuttle in 1981, can't remember if it was free or not, missed my flight to Fukuoka, spent the night in the Prince Shinigawa Hotel.
Yes, taking bus from airport is O.K. but you need to be careful to airport. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Nice trip information arriving at Haneda Airport. Can you informe how easy or difficult are the transport from Ariake to Tokyo station?
If taking local bus is O.K., you can get there in half an hour with 210 yen.

Where will I get off from Haneda to akasaka minato city?thank you
Take Keikyu line. Change trains at Higashi-Ginza station to Hibiya line. Change trains again at Hibiya station to Chiyoda line. It is 620 yen.
My flight arrives at 21:10, do you think I can make the 22:10 shuttle ? Thanks
If your shuttle leaves from terminal 3, it would be O.K. It is only a couple of minute walk from arrival exit to bus stop. But it solely depend on whether your flight will arrive on time or not.
tokyo-haneda.com/en/floor/terminal3/2nd_floor.html
when I arrive Feb 8 my first hotel is more or less 15-20 min walk from Shinagawa station, should I hoof it 100% and take in the sites, take a limo bus or hop on the green K line?
If limousine bus stops at your hotel, that would be the comfy way. It is the coldest time of a year now.
Thank you for this is there anyway this bus can take me to Yokahoma? Thank you
Afraid not. Yokohama is opposite direction to Ariake.
@@Locals_Japan_Guide thank you so is thee a bus from the airport to Yokahoma? Thank u
There is but it costs 650 yen. Keikyu line also takes you direct to Yokohama station. It is only 340 yen.
one option I try (which you did not mention) is put the baggage with parcel service and take the train. Baggage will be at your place the next day. It may not be the cheapest but it is the most convenient for me.
I agree. When you have a big luggage, it is really convenient. You can head for wherever you want direct from airport.
Expensive(paid for parcel); inconvenice(baggage recivec next day, no need to change clothes?) & the risk of losing baggage. so ……no need to mention at all.
I wondered I should mention about parcel but did not because this video is about free bus. Thank you for the detailed explanation!
Thanks for this info how about coming from haneda to ginza what is the best way
Keikyu line is most inexpensive and takes you direct to Higashi Ginza station. It is 470 yen. Please note that it is not Ginza but Higashi Ginza. Higashi Ginza means East Ginza. These two stations are close but it could depend on where in Ginza you are heading for.
Is there an express bus service available from Haneda airport terminal 3 to take me to Kwaguchiko on 2nd jan 2024 in the afternoon? I land at about 10am on that day.
There is a bus go to Kawaguchiko from terminal 3 leaving at 14: 40. It runs on Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese holidays. You are in luck. Although Jan 2nd is Tuesday, it runs everyday from Jan 1st to 8th because it is new year vacation season. It is 2,520 yen.

@@Locals_Japan_Guide thank you...
Sorry to bother you again.
I logged on to the Japan Bus Online earlier and was disappointed to know that the express bus from Haneda to Kawaguchiko is only available from 3/12/23 to 1/1/24. I only arrive in Tokyo on 2/2/24 morning.
Can you please help me check whether the bus is available on 2/2/2024 at 2.40pm? Much appreciated. 🙏
You wrote Jan 2nd 3 weeks ago. But today you wrote Feb 2nd. Does your schedule changed?
Oh sorry typo. Date should be 2/1/24.
Which is the best way from haneda airport to disneyland park?thank you
There is direct bus which runs frequently from terminal 1 or 2. It is 1,000 yen.
hnd-bus.com/airport/h-disney-231001/
Does the bus operate 24 hours or are there set time schedules? Thank you!
It runs 7 times a day, once in every two hours. Here’s the time schedule.

Could you make a video on using regional lines instead of jr pass. For the pass fare has increased a Lot and if a person travels 2 or 3 cities is it worth it. If not can they travel by region train. Will be a big hit on this subject
Yes. How to go to Kyoto, Osaka, etc. is in the future video plan. Now making video on money exchange at Haneda airport.
It is not really about regional lines but I have made a video how to visit Kyoto without using JR pass.

Thanks for the video!
Our hotel is Sotetsu Fresa Ariake, close to Ariake garden.
We are family of 4, we will carry 4 bags (big & small), do they allow it ?
That would be O.K. You can put your bags in the trunk on the side of the bus.
@@Locals_Japan_Guide thanks !
Thanks for posting. which is the best way to travel from NCL port in Tokyo to Ariake Garden -> HND / JAL international
To answer your question, can you let me know what/where NCL port is?
@@Locals_Japan_Guide Probably Yokohama port in Tokyo.
Thank you for your help! I think I will wait for reply from original post.
Hi. does these buses from Haneda airport takes me to Hamacho station of the Toei Subway? My hotel is near hamacho station.
No bus runs to Hamacho station. Nearest stop is Tokyo City Air Terminal. It is 1,000 yen.
www.tcat-hakozaki.co.jp/en/areainfo/#hotel
Train runs more often and cheaper. Take Keikyu line and change trains at Higashi-nihonbashi station. Total price is 550 yen.
@@Locals_Japan_Guide thanks a lot for the help! My trip is on January 10th still so I am doing this ahead of time.
Thanks for this informative video.
We will be going to Japan end of this month and our accommodation is in Ueno. We arrive Haneda airport around 9pm. Am I correct to assume the bus won’t be running that time? Also what is the best way to get to Ueno from Haneda airport at night? Thank you for any info you can provide us, much appreciated.
It is similar to go to Shinjuku but no bus runs even during daytime. Take monorail and change to JR line at Hamamatsucho station or take Keikyu line and change to JR line at Shinagawa station. Monorail plus JR is 680 yen and Keikyu plus JR is 510 yen.
Can I ask how do we get to Asakusa from Ariake, Tokyo? My flight landed in Haneda 15.30 so I reckon the earliest shuttle bus for me is 17.30 at Haneda. So I'd get to Ariake 18.10...
Hi! I’ll be going to Japan in March. I’ll be coming from Haneda airport to Ueno as my hotel is located there . Do you mind sharing how you got there? Like what method of transportation you ended up using? Any advice is also greatly appreciated.
Take Keikyu line and change to JR line at Shinagawa station. Train fare is a little increased. Keikyu plus JR is 540 yen now.
İs there any bus from Narita to Tokyo?
Unfortunately there is no free bus available from Narita. The most inexpensive bus is 1,300 yen.

@@Locals_Japan_Guide thanks
I will arrive at Haneda airport at 4 pm with a 12-midnight connecting flight, I'm planning on exploring Shibuya for a few hours, can you tell me the times of rush hour to avoid? Also, what time is the last train or bus to take back to Haneda Airport? Thank you!
Rush hour is around 18 to 19. Take JR Yamanote Line from Shibuya leaving at 23 :00. Change to Keikyu line at Shinagawa leaving at 23 :18 bound for Haneda. Arrives Haneda at 23 :40. (Weekday schedule) Not recommending bus because if it delays, you will miss the connecting flight.
Thank you for this video. Is there a limit to how many pieces of luggage I can take on this shuttle bus? The Airport Limo Bus limit is 2.
They don't say about it. Probably 2 is O.K. You can put suitcase in the trunk on the side of the bus.
We are coming to tokyo next month. Our hotel is in asakusa. Which is the best way to get there from haneda Airport? Thank you. And how about the way from asakusa to the airport?
Definitely Keikyu line. It is 530 yen. Most inexpensive and no need to transfer. It goes direct to Asakusa. Just make sure to ride the train which go to Asakusa. On the way back is easier. Take the train which is bound for Haneda.
How far is Ariake to shibuya?
Half an hour from Kokusai-tenjijo station. 510 yen.
Hello, I would like to ask if how can I go to ginza from haneda? This is my first time going to japan ): hoping for a reply!
If from haneda to toyosu station? Is there a bus shuttle from the airport?
To Ginza, take Keikyu line and change trains at Higashi Ginza station to Hibiya line. It is 620 yen.
@@Locals_Japan_Guide thank you so much! How about from haneda airport to shin-toyosu station?
To Toyosu station, Airport limousine bus runs. It is 900 yen.
www.airport-bus-alliance.com/limousinebus/result-t.html?lang=en&airport=%E7%BE%BD%E7%94%B0%E7%A9%BA%E6%B8%AF&area=%E8%B1%8A%E6%B4%B2%E9%A7%85&frto=1
To shin-toyosu station, take this video’s free bus to Ariake Garden. Then take yurikamome line from Ariake-tennis-no-mori station. It is 190 yen. (It is 20 minutes on foot from Ariake Garden.)
Of course there will always be few passengers to ride this free bus because most tourists only wonder in Central and West Tokyo. Even I don't know what to do in Daiba.
Thank you for your comment.
good to know, is there a bus that goes to the hotel tobu levant? We'll be arriving in the morning at 3 a.m. in two weeks. Thanks and greetings from Germany
Unfortunately there is no free bus. "Airport Limousine" bus takes you direct to Tobu Levant hotel but even the earliest bus will not depart until 11: 45. It is 1,000 yen.
If you do not wait that long, take Keikyu line bound for “Imba-Nihon-idai” station leaving at 5: 26. Change trains at Shinagawa station to JR Yokosuka line which bound for Narita airport. Get off at Kinshichou station. Tobu Levant is 3 minute walk from Kinshichou station. Total price is 530 yen.
@@Locals_Japan_Guide thank you very much, that helped us a lot ❤️
How about free service from Narita to Tokyo?
Unfortunately there is no similar service available.
Is there restroom on this bus?
Yes, there is.
what is Kikyu line?
Keikyu line is a name of train that run from Haneda airport to Tokyo etc.
closest stop to akasaka?
No. Closest station is Ariake station on Yurikamome line.
www.yurikamome.co.jp/en/station-timetable/u-12.html
Kokusai-tenjijo Station on Rinkai line is also close.
www.twr.co.jp/en/tabid/244/Default.aspx
how about from ikebukuro to haneda?
Same route as Shinjuku. Because Ikebukuro is a little further than Shinjuku, price is a little higher. Keikyu is 580 yen, monorail is 780 yen and Airport Limousine bus is 1,400 yen.
Kiku Line → Keikyu Line
I corrected the subtitle. Thank you for letting me know!
Will this bus go to Marriott hotel
Afraid not. Take Keikyu line and get off at Shinagawa station. It is 300 yen. Marriott hotel runs their free shuttle bus from Shinagawa station.
www.tokyo-marriott.com/guide/pdf/bustime_april_en.pdf
How far is that from Tokyo Station?
About half an hour by train or bus.
Does this bus go to hotel marriot
Afraid not. Take Keikyu line and get off at Shinagawa station. It is 300 yen. Marriott hotel runs their free shuttle bus from Shinagawa station.

Good review. But Please lower the volume of the background music. Not all viewers like this kind of music, and they wish to enjoy your clip with no other disturbing sound
I have received same message from many people. I followed the advice and made my latest video on Haneda airport with no music. Thank you for your comment.
Hi can you help me, I don't know what to use to go from narita airport to pearl hotel shinjuku plz help T_T
Take Keisei line bound for Haneda airport. Get off at Higashi-Nihonbashi station. Then you need to walk about 7 minutes to Bakuro-yokoyama station. Take Toei Shinjuku line and get off at Akebonobashi station. Total price is 1,410 yen.
Is it really free?
Yes. No strings attached.
Music is too loud
I will keep that in mind when I make another video.
You’ll be fine
Thank you!
I agree. It is a bit loud, considering the volume stays the same throughout the entire video, even during the narration.
Thank you for your comment. I will make next video (Currency exchange at Haneda airport) with no music.
Can it drop me at the Shiba park hotel
Unfortunately free shuttle bus runs direct between two shopping malls. Airport Limousine (bus) used to stop at Shiba park hotel but not now. Take monorail and get off at Hamamatsucho station. It is 8 minute walk to the hotel.
Free shuttle bus, but it's every TWO hours! I imagine those who arrive Tokyo would want to get to the city asap. Maybe it's just me.
I hope it will run more often.
I wish you pronounced Ariake as Aria-kay instead of Aria-ki.
Oh, “Aria-kay” is the good way to describe the proper Japanese pronunciation. Thank you for your comment!
Useless for travelers who aren’t staying near Ariake.
Yes, this bus is for the people who are planning to visit Ariake or Toyosu.
You are pronouncing “ Ariake “ wrong
I thought pronouncing Japanese word English way will help to understand for English speakers. But I realized people who can understand Japanese feel differently. Thank you for your comment.
Please respect Japanese culture and not taking advantage of the service which is not designed for air travelers
On the shopping mall’s homepage, they clearly say “The Garden Shuttle is available to everyone”. I did not mention on the video but they provide free 1GB eSIM and 5% off only for foreign visitors to Japan.

Annoying music 🤢
I will keep that in mind when I make another video.
