    I need a tip i cant seem to get on and off the floor to well to do this even right now, without allot of pain, i injured myself 2 months ago can you offer tips , i been struggling with even getting out of bed emergency is a real challengee any feldy tips Adrien??

      Hi Cindy, if your bed is reasonably firm you can get by doing this on your bed. It may not be ideal, but it's certainly better than nothing. Actually, an advantage would be that your spine will be more mobile in bed as the mattress gives, so when you do the breathing exercise see if you can notice a wave of movement travelling along the spine at the pace of the breath. Let yourself be moved and release into the movement.

      I don’t think the bed is stiff enough , unfortunately.
      I feel stuck at whatever i do 😢

    An Alexander teacher said you don't want to run your movement ,getting up and explained someways even in bed it seems i have am challanges, sometime i fear getting up to pee, because it very hard to make itto the toilet.
