    Apologies for the sound quality, I was using wireless earbuds due to distance from the camera thinking that would help. I'll stick to using the on-board mic in future.😊

    Is a challange still, i lifted acrock underwater, i am still not sure what i injured when i lifted the rock, but, my ribs are still sore, but, focussing on these movements does help.Even picking up a drink witg poor coordination.
    Do you have videos that you share getting up from the floor bed when we have tensions in our body as they heal?

      I don't, but will add it to the list for a future video 🙂 probably 2 separate ones for getting off the floor and getting out of bed.

      Changing positions sit to stand in bed to get up to pee has been my biggest challenge when i hurt my back my ribs , its all tension.
