I've basically lost the ability to take a satisfying breath(it all happened after a panic attack and anxiety)
now it basically seems like how u described in the video(hearing breathing, feeling air in nose). for me I put my hand on my stomach to make sure iam breathing properly.
So will this Video help me?

Hi Neil, have a look at this accompanying video and give the simple breathing exercise a go for a week and let me know how you get on. It certainly has good possibility of helping.

@AdrianFarrell I did feel slightly better when I first tried this exercise, although I do end up kind of panicking as I exhale, thinking that there is no air in the lungs and I need to inhale.
