My camera view stuck and error i cannot control my aperture, shutter speed, and i remember never update firmware, and its late not. What should i do?

Sounds like a camera error, I would contact your camera manufactors service department

When I pop my sd card back into my camera body and then press update it says the update file cannot be found. it is visible in my card when I open it up on my computer - Any tips?

Thanks for your question. Is the file (update file) you saved a dmg. file? the file name looks something like this "eosr5-v190-mac.dmg" sometimes people try installing the FIR file and that wont work. Check the file name is the dmg file and be sure to unzip if necessary ... hope that helps
