Everyone says online we should talk about mental health but when you do it with people in real life it just makes them uncomfortable or they don’t want to hear it
Unfortunately, too many people are still overwhelmed by this topic. They become insecure and helpless when you talk about that and no one likes to feel like that. Therefore, every person who is not deterred by this and courageously stands on his path is blessed!
Another take on the word fine, aside from the negative acronym. I am an abuse thriver. 71 here. I start my morning as I wake with I’m fine fit focused and free mantra. I dropped saying I was cheated along with the lava flow of PTSD with two abusive parents, 5 brothers with no one to go to for safe shelter growing up. I choose to embrace gratefulness. It’s been a long road to get here.
That was spot on what he said, it is so difficult being a parent & especially to children who have mental health issues, as well as dealing with our own issues. This is why I love him so much, he's so open & real about things that are so close to his heart, that it's OK to be & feel vulnerable & how we need to talk more, about it as it affects so many of us. He's so genuine & lovely 🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great interview he’s right though men don’t talk about their feelings most of them hide there feelings or think below the belt appreciated thankyou ❤️😊
Her had to get mental health help because he divorced his wife because he was having an affair with his co-star for The Music Man. There is a difference. I have mental health problems but I didn't break up my marriage or another person's marriage.
It’s so good to come across this - having been a single mum to 3 kids and 2 having severe mental health issues and I’ve wanted to fix it and I had to help myself to help them - it’s true what Hugh says it’s ok not to know - my life has been so confrontational with mental health issues /suicide thoughts and attempt and how painful it’s been - it’s the most difficult part of life actually worse than my divorce - generational trauma is major and needs to be visited by us all - however as Hugh says - this stops with me takes courage and strength and we all have it we just need to find it within us ❤
Absolutely Mr.Jackman. Thank You

You can only help yourself ultimately and those who let you help.

It's true, there's no single trigger for depression, it one thing on top of another, After another.., and it can drive you into a deep dark pit.
That was a great interview. Insightful comments from all .I guess this movie is a year old. I never heard about it, but will search it out
I finally booked an appointment with a therapist today after trying to get over it myself for so mamy months. I'm happy of this tiny achievement.
