meghan sparkle , it’s not soft. It’s all about your own preference. Boil longer if u want it softer. I’ve always had this with chewy consistency inside and crispier outside. Happy cooking!

Delicious and easy. I added cut-up tomatoes at the end for 2 minutes and stirred them in. Great lunch today! Thank you.
