Unmesh you have one of the best and finest teaching channel on Pictures! I have learned so much from you! The best part is when you explain every tool and every function plus the concepts! Thanks for your wonderful teachings man.
What makes this great is you aren't just telling us what to do, you're telling us why we're doing it. That's how all tutorials should be as it is how you learn. Thank you very much!
I am 5 minutes in and I have already decided you are THE BEST PS tutorial teacher ever! Thank you so much. I have a lot to check out on your channel. I appreciate you sharing your mad skills!
The best channel I found on youtube, I'm from Brazil and you're an excellent teacher, thank you for the videos. I do not speak English, but it's very easy to follow. " Obrigado ".
You are one of the greatest people on this platform, no joke. Let me explain with a comment that's probably longer than it needs to be. I've enjoyed Photography since childhood and was really into it around 5-6 years ago before I put my camera down and just kinda left it until recently. I offered to do a shoot for a family friend and have had to redownload everything, relearn everything, learn the newest versions of my programs and newest techniques, everything is brand new again in a way. It's reinvigorated my love for the hobby, but up until the past few days I've been feeling incredibly intimidated and overwhelmed. I know my work is good, but not having touched my camera in literally 5 years minimum means I haven't cleaned it and I was not able to keep my settings accurate throughout the shoot, especially considering I never even learned how to shoot manual 5 years ago! There's a lot of light, tone, and detail correction that needs to be done and it's hard to try and take on when you approach it as "just play with the sliders until it looks right-ish" if you don't fully understand what needs to be done to fix things, or what the sliders and tools even truly do. It's easy to try and fix blown highlights by taking the whites too far down and then trying to compensate by upping the exposure, only to realize youve made it worse and now all your other sliders need to be adjusted to fix the crazy contrast and saturation you've created. It's a very discouraging feeling. I've watched a couple of your videos, and slowly more have been suggested and I'm essentially binging the ones that interest me or apply to what I'm trying to do with this shoot I'm processing. They're amazing. You explain things so perfectly, at a decent enough pace that it's not dragging along or too slow, but elaborated in a way that almost anyone could grasp. You break things down into plain english, and make it so that people can not only learn how the curves panel works and what to do with it, but WHY it works that way and why you should do this or that when using it. Before I just kept trying to mimic the curves I'd seen others use, tweaking it only to get frustrated when I couldn't get it right and things were always too harsh or crazy. I didn't understand what the different sections were, why moving the points did what they did, what up and down or left to right meant, or what the rgb panels did or why they were even there. After watching only the first half of this video, I just accurately color corrected one of my photos I was really struggling with in less than 10 minutes and I approached the panel actually understanding what I needed to do and how to do it, and making only intentional changes. I've watched hundreds of photography videos on youtube and you are the only one I would pay to listen to. You are an excellent teacher and I just want to express how grateful I am to have stumbled upon your channel, it's made a world of difference in my work already, and has allowed me to shed that feeling of knowing I'm good at something but not knowing all the technical details highly skilled professionals know and feeling like an imposter. I can't thank you enough 💕
My god, I never watch a video tutorial longer than 3:00 minutes, but with you always worth it!!! generally Im trying to find a video that jumps right to the point, you are an execption!!! best teacher ever!!
just came from your quickest way to color correct tutorial, and may i say, you explain things so much better and simpler than my professors in college. thank you so much for your hard work!
Amazing as usual! I really think the idea of “taking a break” to see mistakes and problems is absolutely right! It happens with drawings too, you just notice what is wrong after your mind has switched off for a little bit
Bruh... I do not use Ps that much but when I do, and I have a problem, I obviously searched it on youtube. And when I found your video, I feel like I'm saved! You're so nice! Stay awesome!
I'm a graphic designer for about 8 years now, and I feel so useless when I see your videos. SO MUCH to learn! you're friking awesome, I owe you more than my career teachers! (not disrespecting their jobs)
This is practically the best photoshop tutorial channel on TH-cam! I've learned so much from your tutorials snf I look forward to your videos every time.
Unmesh, any time I have to look something up about Ps your channel is my first stop. I love how detailed you are when you are teaching. For instance, in this video, you explained what each channel in the curves adjustment layer does and why. When someone teaches me the "why" it sticks. Thank you for what you do.
I LOVE you (in a manly beating drums, fire kind of way) You just de-mystified the curves adjustment layer for me like no-one else has. Seeing the numbers made it all clear. Neutral colours are equal, rise on the x-axis and the brightness goes from 0-100. Go right along the y-axis and the saturation goes 0-100. Thank you Kind Sir ..
Not only the curves tool suddenly de-mystified, .. it leads to other tool understanding. For me, the channel mixer for my underwater images and terrible old film photos whose colour was dodgy to begin with, then add 30+ years of time lol. Good bye to the days of just moving sliders with crossed fingers. Now I still cross fingers but have a better understanding of what I want to accomplish. Thanks Again Unmesh !
Excellent! Thank you so much for explaining enough of the theory as you go, so many people don’t tell you why. They just say, “do this.” You are an excellent teacher.
I am so happy that your channel is as big as it is but i still think it should be doubled the following. I hope you have found success in the things you have done. You deserve it for helping so many of use
you're a genius! So much information and tools to apply, the hardest part is having your vision to see what colors you actually want to add or take out. thank you
You’re the best teacher I’ve ever seen, you know I didn’t know any about photoshop and now I’m learning that with you, thanks for sharing these fantastic videos ☺️😍
Hi Unmesh I would just like to say thank you for your excellent channel I have learned so much from you. Your delivery is fantastic ... Live long my friend and keep doing your stuff
I’ve learned more in a couple of weeks looking at your video’s than in al my 15 years of experience with Photoshop! Thank you for the outstanding tutorials! Greetings from Holland! Eric
Your explanation always rocks..I did some local course on ps just as hobby to learn and also watched some video tutorials...But everything was never as perfect as your tutorials. Thanks man.
Wow. Great job. You were concise so I wasn't sifting through bullcrap, the audio was great, and the information was very helpful. Thanks for the video.
Your videos. teaching and explanations are perfect - no need to change a thing. So clear and concise, easy to understand. I and so many others are learning alot and I'm not a beginner but most other videos don't explain every step and so clearly so I've missed some crucial steps and knowledge which am gaining here. No need to listen to the critical comments of too long etc - PIXPerfect
This is the most detailed and helpful video on color correcting I've ever watched! It's going to take me a while to master it to this level but you divide everything into small parts and explain every step you do as well as how and why. Amazing teaching!
I love the way you explain things. Coming from Lightroom, this felt like a lot of work in the way we fix white balance issues. Though I can totally appreciate the amount of control you have doing it this way.
Thanks for your excellent videos. I like how you explain everything in great detail without being patronizing in any way. Many other tutorials assume too much thus leaving key information unexplained.
Oh man was looking for such knowledge from so long man you made it so easy. Uh are blessed with supper osm teaching skills keep it up....your way of speaking is too good and calm! Thanksssss alot
Amazing tutorial, great explanation. And I just took a break and saw my photo completely different, I always correct more and more stuff, great advice. For even more corrections, I recommend looking at your work also in the morning the next day. (Warning: Might be painful to see if you have been editing until late night.) Thank you for great content!
