That was quite the experience. I made a rookie mistake by checking the lap counter too early, and immediately regretted it. The pain set in at mile 2, and from that point on, I was in the pain cave. Every step was a battle, with my legs burning and my lungs screaming for relief. There was something strangely exhilarating about it. I’d forgotten just how intense and addictive track pain can be!

Go easy on yourself. It’s always easy to pick yourself apart, but you couldn’t even run without pain a couple months ago. Only up from here!
this was some good, relaxing content. Hope to cross paths with you one day.
i almost did the freshman milr at this race i wish i did it so i could see u race :(
if u miss road when u do track then you should try running xc snd track feels great
u should have staid behind the orange guy because hes big so u can draft off of him
i run a 34:22 10k
y didnt they just stagger the start that would have made it much eaiser
i think superspikes like ur dragonfly 2 are way faster than alphsflys or vaporflys imo even for 5k and 10k
i liked comment and subscribed
Love the live commenting while watching it
Lol my 400m sprint PB is 66... you can run that 25 times over before feeling tired.
I am still trying to break a 20min 5k, got to 20:09, may be easier if you just give me a piggy back
Let me know whenever you need a piggy back ride if we’re ever at the same race
