Mizuno is the best football boots brand, might be a little expensive in market that outside Asia (it hella cheap in Asia) but they have increable comfort unlike adidas and nike boot

If you could get all of the boots on the table, play in them and compare it would turn out that none of them are highly distinguished but some are better in the way the manufacturer designed them

I am still using my Rebula 3 MIJ Gold + Blue version, I think it's hard for me to switch to synthetic materials compared with k-leather. But, even if it's synthetic material on the top, I believe the MIJ boots are worth every cent you put in! Mizuno MIJ is great! I am happy to see many players (both Japanese and Korean) are wearing Mizuno MIJ in the World Cup because Mizuno deserves the recognition.
Your lucky you can even get k leather, it is illegal in California so I have to use my contacts from out state to get some and who knows how long that would take

But I tried to buy some exotic leather cowboy boots from US to ship to EU, eBay would always confiscate the boots if they're shipped via their Global Shipping Program, and they would just refund the money....

I feel the price really needs to be somewhere that has to be a point of concern. Granted the price in the Asian region will be cheaper but 320 euros is a steep price to accept
Is the Alpha Elite worth it? it’s almost half the price of the Alpha Japan. What would I be missing out on if I bought the cheaper version?
@@chanchaniceman I don't think it's that ridiculous. It's about ~30% more expensive than Mercurial Vapor, less so for Superflys, but MIJ boots would last 50% longer easy.

They are absolutely amazing looking. That colour way is fantastic. Mizuno may be expensive (probably too expensive), but they make a quality product.
The mizunos are $20 in my country and they aren’t fake at all. It’s just that they’re first copies but they still give you the same experience as other mizuno alpha elites
Superb boots. I have repaired a few mizuno morelia neos and their quality is significantly better than nike. Good fit, weight and protection.
Alpha pro has the same upper, same sole, but without karvo. It’s very good and should try it.

Made in Japan versions have never been cheap. Especially now that Japan just raised the minimum wages, I don't think it's possible for them to lower the price. I wonder how much the lower versions would cost? That usually costs similar to top ends from other brands. However, if you can cope with the price, it's worth it. It lasts longer. When they say premium quality, they MEAN it.
I get like the Mizuno MIJ boots pricing in Asia is at least bearable given they more or less catered primarily in the region there but 320 euros is incredibly high. Granted there's a handmade aspects to it but for a pair of synthetic boots to be this high is something i find it a little bit tough to justify.

having played in Adidas boost for years , I changed to the MIJ Murelio Neo's this year & can honestly say I'd never go back. They're the best boot I've ever seen by far . would be nice if they weren't so expensive , but so far they're looking like they'll last much longer than the Adidas boots Iv'e had in recent years, where I've been lucky yo just about stretch them out for a single season before the start falling apart

I agree - I'm sick of Mizuno prices. They would take the boot market by storm if they had competitive prices
it’s usually justified tho. They make them all by hand, and use very high quality leather, not to mention they’re top end boot is made in japan, and not some third world country.

@@Evilwombat In other parts of the world though, they are around 30% more expensive in the case of the Alphas, but their MIJ boots generally last 50% or twice as long. From a durability standpoint, it's not unjustified at all. This isn't even considering parts of the world where Mizunos are actually cheaper than the big brands

I always check reviews from Unisport & SR4U. And found them to be accurate. In the form of the vapor 14s, best lockdown and fit I've ever had.
Moving along to Mizunos. I wonder for the non MiJ versions. Which provide the best overall and heel lockdown? Does the Alpha elite have a better fit and lockdown compared to the Morelia Neo 3?
Any of you can comment on this? I tried the Morelia 3 Beta Elites, and boy did they give me the worst blisters at the heel area which I could never break into.
Hi, I can relate! I had the same issue with Neo 3 Beta Elites just few weeks ago and sent them back under Mizuno Guarantee! Also tried Morelia 2 MIJ and they are amazing boots but the heel area isn't for me. Now I just ordered Alpha Elites from Unisport and waiting on them, really hope they give me the fit I need finally.
Big question, Can this be used on AG like Neo III? There's no option for AG available

There is an alternative to the Japan - the Alpha Elite. It’s doesn’t have the KaRVO soleplate board, it has the one from the Neo III. The upper is also marginally thicker, 0.7mm. I got them for $200 and they’re better than the Vapor 15 Elites to me.

The price of MIJ Mizunos here in Asia makes Nike and Adidas look expensive. On the other hand,
Nike and Adidas will have decent deals if you're patient enough.

They provide AG version. I can easily buy a MIJ AG in China.
There's an AG specific version for both their Morelias and the Alpha. The conical studs on the Morelias are just fine for AG as well
Mizuno is an interesting company because they don’t really compete with adidas and Nike, if they wanted to be the best they would lower there prices and be more competitive but instead they just make there products with quality and make you decide if you want to fork over the cash for a pair.

For sizing, i would suggest going half a size up. I hear hypervenoms size 8us(41euro) ordered mizuno alpha 7.5, couldn't fit. Ordered 8(too tight). Mizuno euro41 is their us 8.5. That fit perfectly.

If Mizuno lowered the price of boots something in the production process would have to be sacrificed to make up for the financial loss: design quality, production quality, material quality, and/or fair wages. Mizuno is a much smaller company than Nike and Adidas; therefore, it can’t play the mass sales angle. Are Mizunos actually too expensive or are other brands too inexpensive?

I have wide feet and the bump ontop of foot is what makes it hard finding the right football cleats. Any recommendations??

I have wide feet and a pretty high arch, so finding clears has always been hard and I’ve usually had to lean towards leather boots so they can just mold to my feet. But Puma has always been a solid brand for my feet size. I haven’t tried the newest Ultras but the old ones have some nice width and toebox and the mesh tong helps stretch to my arch.

I disagree with a lot what is mentioned in the video. For reference I had wide and flat feet. Most boots feel uncomfortable for me (New balances, most Nikes). The toe box of the alpha was mentioned a few times. There's more than enough volume in there, especially compared to something like the new balance plus's which has no volume at all. There is more room compared to a Mercurial, and even a Tiempo 10. You can see it from the side profile, it's pretty high compared to most boots, not low or pointy. The upper is much more malleable than the vapors. The Vapors feel stiffer and more structured (which admittedly I prefer) and fit a lot more snugly (if you can get your feet in them). The heel of the alpha is the biggest disappointment for me as I felt a lot of slippage, but the boots are so comfortable that it didnt' bother me that much. Runners loop doesn't really help with it. Grip socks might but I can't wear them. The insole have a high arch (like the neo 4 beta) so If you have flat feet, you might find it too painful, and will have to replace it. As a speed boot, I feel it needs better lockdown, but on the alternative side, it's the only boot that I've worn that just disappears on your feet. Definitely the most comfortable speed boot, along with the neo 4's.

then i tried the morelia neo 3s ina size 8 and they fit me perfect. should i get my original size in the mizuno alphas in a size 8?
They are more or less same length with Morelia Neo 3 Betas
I just got my Alpha Elites and I would go 1/2 size down in JPN size, otherwise the fit is weirdly loose imo. They are a tight boot so no way around it.

@@aofa. I wear nike EU 43 and with Alpha I went for EU 41, it's definitely tigther from the toes but EU 42 was bit too long for me. I would order Mizunos based on CM/JPN sizing, it tends to be more accurate.

At $320, this is a non-starter for me in the States. A tiempo legend 9 at full retail is $230, Vapor 15 at $250. And those you can get on sale every now and then.
You can get these from sellers in Asia for $250. Even at the full retail price, it's 28% more than the Vapor, 39% more than the Tiempo, but likely would last 50% longer if Mizuno MIJ track record is anything to go by.

@@unisport Hi JayMike! I've got a question only you happen to be in a unique position to answer. I haven't bought a mercurial vapor since the ultra flyknit that was made to be worn by Hazard & Modric, mainly because the grip from a boot's upper is the deciding factor for me.
This is why my modest boot collection only consists of the aforementioned flyknit ultra (in black), the predator 20.1 low (unfortunately, not in the black shadowbeast edition but if you know where I can buy a pair in a size 10UK, hook a brother up please) & the puma ultra eclipse.
So after some much-needed context, my question to you sir JayMike, is Q. *between the upper of the blackout zoom vapor elite 15 AG* & *the retro limited edition vapor 15 Alpha project's upper* which has more grip i.e. touch on the ball/dribbling & curling?
Ugh I hate buying Mizuno. Bought my neo in size 10 usa since I wear legends in that size. I went also by their measurements in cm in their website. And there’s no way I’m gonna return these once they arrive from USA to Unisport. Smh what a bad investment.
