    Thank you so much bro! Can you do it in first gear too but just lower the rpm’s a bit?

    • @DrHorsePower
      @DrHorsePower  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes sir, you most definitely can. It’s actually easier to get the tires spinning in first, but the RPMs are easier to manage in 2nd. But either one will work just fine 🙂

      @@DrHorsePower awesome man thank you for the info. I learned manual on my 392 and lately I been getting spicy wit it lol. But I also ain’t tryna ruin the tranny or diff so it’s cool to see what other people are doing and what works for them

    I have bit feet. I think I can use the line lock in the stick. Your method is the old school method (nothing wrong with it, just these Brembos bite hard even on the rears)

    is 2nd gear really the way to go? I have no clue but wouldn’t first give you more power from a standstill? does it depend on hp?

    • @DrHorsePower
      @DrHorsePower  ปีที่แล้ว

      Good question. 1st is definitely better in most situations. With this specific setup & hp combo, 2nd is just much easier to keep the RPMs exactly where you want them.

    I wonder if this is possible with FWD cars that have small engines and low power like sub 100hp. I mean I have been able to spin my wheels for like 1-2 seconds while accelerating from a traffic light but have never got "smoke"

      That’s a very good question, I’m honestly not sure, but if you give it a try, plz lmk how it goes.

    How often do your back breaks need replacement?

    • @DrHorsePower
      @DrHorsePower  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I had the car for 45K miles. Only replaced the rears once. Not due to being worn, just due to brake dust
