I own a Mini Cooper with 6-speed manual transmission, and I was out with my girlfriend earlier today in an empty parking lot testing the e-brake for drifting. It was really fun. Then as we were still going, she brought up the idea of doing donuts. Unfortunately, I didn't know how to do donuts, and that's why I came to this video. So when I found out that the car needed rear-wheel drive, I realized that it would likely be impossible to do donuts in my Mini because it's front-wheel drive. And if it's not impossible, then it's probably really hard.

There's an old video on the channel where Micah teaches one of his coworkers how to drift in an Infiniti IPL. Just search for the car name on the channel and it should show up. It's short, but it's a start.

im trying to fine cars doing cyclones an no one got shit like i remember seeing them at some point like spinning in place a kind like a donut but it gets small and smaller till the center of mass is the center of the car and the tail end and the front end are both moving on the creating a cyclone of tire smoke.
Do it on a gravel road and don't worry about your tires. Hey my 81 Chevy Chevette is rear wheel drive. : ) with about 12 horsepower. : (

The only camera that is useful is the interior where I can see the steering wheel and the wheels at the same time. Any other angle looks like you are spinning the opposite way of the turn which is confusing af

How did you back up drift at 2:12 of the video? Is it sport mode, reverse, and drive?
Yes you have to engage to the letter R for reverse sports mode … but it only works going above 20mph

Redline? No... once you loose traction your wheels will be spinning faster than you move forward, but you don’t need them spinning that fast. You should be able to do this sitting somewhere in the middle of your rpm range, so you can both slow it down or speed it up.
