- Hey loves!! This is my Rëzocut experience. Im obsessed with my cut. My stylist Mayssa was very helpful and listened to what I wanted. I was supposed to be with Nubia, many of you know what happened and I wasnt pleased with how that was handled but Im glad I got Mayssa. Let me know what you think!

I would try this on myself since I'm pretty good at hair but I don't have professional scissors or even proper products for my hair since I'm too young to work and my parents won't get me products since I'm the only one in my family with curly hair so they tried to bring me to normal salons and it would damage my hair by just the way they cut it so I kept telling them to stop taking me there since it was ruining my curls and they'd always be like "you know your hair grows from your roots right" and they just don't understand how bad cutting can make curly hair really terrible. So now I'm waiting for like a year till I'm old enough to work so I can get my own stuff and do my hair myself
This may come too late, but maybe show them the affects of not taking care of curly hair? Like.. Penny Tovars, How to NOT care for curly hair? Show them the after math of heat damage and build up on the scalp... botched curly hair cuts. I hope you get the hair empathy you deserve sweetie

I have a friend who is a stylist who comes down from Detroit for a weekend at someone's salon as a guest stylist a couple times a year. I would deffffinitely come see you! I feel like your / our hair type is so rare in the curly community and I would love to get my hair done by someone who has learned the ups and downs first hand. I'll be watching/waiting 😁
@@Poeticdyme I've had so many bad experiences with a hairstylist that say they know how to cut "curly hair". I end up crying because they are horrible.

Thanks for the video! I have been trying to learn more about the Rezo cut, it would be awesome to be able to try to duplicate these cuts but it's hard to figure out what she was doing! She pulled hair a lot of different directions and cut at some interesting angles.

Do you still use the same Ouidad products she used on you at the salon or do you have better results with other products?

youre welcome! I live in KY and Traveled to NJ. It was $120, I think the trip was worth it me being a cosmetologist I like to see how different salons do things. It is pretty much the same but she added some more layers at the top so it holds volume better. Yes I use the stronger hold ouidad gel but not alone like they do. I prefer my styling over theirs.

Just started following you and love the cut. I live in NJ and found a REZo cut salon. Can’t wait to go and define these curls which I have never done so. I saw your video of products you love 2020. I saw no ouidad. Is this brand ok? Any recommendations or your not too crazy about them?? I was going to by the bounce curl cream n leave in and bounce curl gel. What do you recommend??
