Man it feels good to wrap one up like this and send it out the door. Very excited and honored to be a part of this build, you can tell Randy is excited to have it back!
That's what it's all about! Getting our part done to hand it back to the customer so they can enjoy it. Randy has been looking forward to this for a long LONG time!
if ur fuel is a mix of ethanol and anything it can seperate out so the ethanol i think ends up on the bottom . its not always a contaminant when u can see lines in fuel anymore , and it can b quite difficult to get it to mix back together . if u can find one they used to make feul funnels with a fine copper mesh in them that seperated out the water for u to pour away as the molocules r much larger than petrol or gasoline
Hmmmm good question will have to go back and check but it likely is. There's a lot of different pieces on this truck to make it work 😀 Little project grew in scope a bit on us but ended up getting quite a lot done!
ALL race cars/trucks are Frankensteins, hopefully whoever built them knew what they were doing. It's not like there isn't a ton of information out there about how to do it.
My battery and fuel cell are under a tonneau cover. Though it never rains in Phoenix, AZ. That's a GMC grille, and what are those ugly things stuck around the door windows? I don't run E85. It's a nightmare on fuel systems. I use VP C10. Race cars break. Yes they do. As long as they don't hit the wall or roll over when they break I consider that normal.
Water does that because it is partial polar. The hydrogens attract to the oxygens. So imagine really weak magnets attaching to each other. While gasoline is non polar mostly “save for ethanol” they lay down and spread out because they are not attracted to themselves. That is why gasoline is great to clean a grease shop floor.
@@LucoreAuto it’s what you guys do so keep up the good work guys the alignment videos help anyone trying to set up a hot rod at least let’s them know what to tell the shop to align there vehicle to
Jeez, some of you guys really know how to run someone else's never funny joke into the ground! I think we're working on a year and a half now.! Now, do something meaningful and constructive like harass Billy about hookin up with that country chick!!!lol😂 For real, wasn't trying to be combative towards you, just being dumb..
It hasn't been easy that's for sure, lots of little challenges add up! But really isn't that how it goes for most of us? And how a lot of projects end up sitting dead garages? Just gotta keep after it!
HOWdy LUCORE, Thanks Be sure to NOTIFY us when the "PULL-OVER" HOODIES are available ( instead of the ZIP-UP items) in 2XX ( 2XL ) CHURCH Sweatshirts COOP the WiSeNhEiMeR from Richmond, INDIANA ...
...nice finish - great to see in pull away from the shop with a smile on the customer's face !...

It is a sweet looking truck and it sounds like the timing is off a little bit and good luck and be safe and God bless you guys
Oh it needs timing and carb work for sure but that wasn't our department 😀 It's running driving turning and stopping up to Randy to do the rest!
Great job as always Rich!!
Thanks Billy! She had some challenges for us but one at a time we got 'em done!
Cool 😎 . Let’s go !
It's finally going! Finally! 😀
Another excellent job lucore auto thats 💯 the guy is all smiles....🙂👍🙏

Is that a '67-ish Chevelle (a-body in general) master cylinder? Good job on the little budget project!

At 27 minutes crank timing off kicking starter. Much better now. 😊
You didn't look billies when was at your his is covered for 2 reasons keep the water out the fuel cell and arrow dynamics
Have you had anyone bring you a Colorado/canyon with crown vic spindle swap to align yet?
No but that sounds interesting! We actually have a potential Canyon project in the pipeline for next year..
A little project always gets bigger when it's a Frankenstein LOL
Ain't THAT the truth? Little fix here, little tweak there, maybe a little change over... awww hell we're rebuilding half the truck! 😞

You guys didn't know that about those caps on fuel cells?
Curious what master you ended up using?

Love the content guys
Thanks Daniel! We know it's more work content than entertainment content but we appreciate you all sticking with us!

What bump steer kit would you recommend for a 71 Nova?
What's the compression on that?????
Stock compression LS and carb work are needed 😀
cool
Thanks Michael, such a load off our shoulders to see this thing FINALLY under it's own power and going away!
Can you ship to Canada?
Haven't opened up that possibility yet but can certainly look into it!
Is that the food truck still sitting there ??
Ugh don't bring it up! That thing REFUSES to leave!
Did Billy run yet ?
🤣

Last I saw was Billy running a 3 cylinder Crown Vic 😉 It didn't go great!
That truck has been a pain in your ass since Day 1

Always appreciate the support! Great to see this little truck going away too!
Need to lose the chrome fender lips on that truck

That starter or timing is atrocious
Timing may be a WEEEE bit off 😉
