try to put a music in balance with your voice brother... the music e too loud and your voice is low... but i liked your points about the cameras, thank you for that. see you.

Just bought an R8 for vlogging. Awesome tests. I am intended to use it with 16mm Enhanced digital IS for walking vlog myself, new 28mm pancake or 35f1.8 just digital IS for mostly standing still pov shooting. IBIS is less useful than people thought. Pity Canon doesnt have a wide 18mm or 20mm IS lens

Sounds like a fun combo, hope you enjoy.

This is probably my plan to move to have R7 and an R8 as my full-frame body - as I feel they will compliment each other. I hope to be in this position next year.

That sounds like a pretty sweet setup. I’m on 4 years with the EOS R for full frame and it’s been hard to navigate which full framer would be the best upgrade. But thankfully the options have expanded considerably over the last 6 months and I’d be pretty content with any of the latest generation-though I find the IBIS and long record times of the R6 Mark II most tempting.

Great video! I think I will go with the R7 as I neee the reach on the telephoto end, one question, how does the tamron 20-70 work with the R7?

I wish I've had a chance to test that lens; there are some autofocus inconsistencies with third-party EF lenses, so you might want to dig around the internet and see if anyone has tried that combo. Best luck!

@@leokingkong100 Oh I think maybe you meant the 24-70mm Tamron--worked as well on my R7 as my EOS R (which is to say, good enough for most things and better for stills than video), though I did sell that lens off recently.

Stability test between r7 and r8!

That’s such a good idea and makes me wish I still had the R8 on hand 😑

this is very useful! thank you, i'm still not sure wether i should go for a used r6 or an r8 (at my dealer they are about the same price), i shoot mainly video (music video's, short films, events...) but often i do portraits or street photography and abstract-macro work. Which would you recommend?

The 30 minute record limit on the R6 makes it really challenging to use at events, but if that's not an issue, either camera can handle all those applications and I would lean toward the R6 because it's sturdier, will likely last longer, and probably hold its value better when time to upgrade.

Good content. Just match the audio up correctly with everything. The music is loud bro
