These are exactly the symptoms my Nissan has (comes with a Dana 44 variant axle). All of the play was back and forth, nothing side to side/up and down, and it has a real growl going down the road. Thanks for the video!
Great video I have the 2003 Rubicon and I think now I found the problem. Wiggles when I make a left or right turn down the road might be my axle bearings since everything else checks out ok. 👊🏼
Seems like that would have been a great time to clean up and paint all the rear suspension, axle, and frame area while you had the wheels off and up in the air. Thanks for posting a good, fix it video.

guys, please tell me why the bearings of the rear hubs fail every 100 km, the half-axles go outward all the time, what is the problem? Thank you
Check the axle/seal retainer plate. The lip should be facing in. If that's installed correctly, then check the shafts for a bend.

I have a clicking noise coming from the rear end. But I don’t have any play. What could it be
Could be a lot of things. Brakes, u-joints, parking brakes, control arms, etc
