I just returned back to the US after 7 months in Thailand, 4 of those in Bangkok. My experience there changed me immensely. I’m much more patient, and while I was living there I gained a sense of peace I had never known. I’ve decided I’m going to live there at least half of the year from this point forward.

Good luck....unless you ask for a sort of special visa. I know 30 days is the max they let you in.

This is such good news to hear and inspiring to someone almost twice your age. It's such a good mindset, and this video is a reminder for me to honor it more. The only advice I will pass along as a fellow traveler is that storms can still come that can knock you off your game, and you may find on occasion you're not your best self--or even back to being an old self who you did not like--and what's important in these times is recovery and reconnection to the way you're living now. You can always recover. Enjoy that country. It's an amazing thing when the culture around you supports your path.

My guy props to you for getting over those nightmares. It takes balls to be vulnerable and share those things. It starts with a thought and the stories you tell yourself everyday. Whoever is reading this, talk to yourself nice. Don't forget brothers, we are a Kings.

Love your approach to life in Thailand. I believe that our main purpose in life is to help and be of service to others. Like yourself, I'm an admitted gym rat that has been pumping iron for 30 years. It's given me confidence to be myself and have a warrior mentality while living with humility. Keep up the good work!

Another great video Bruh--2 years in Thailand, it has changed me too, I never would believe I would be looking for a leather man-bag to carry my lap-top in, but I am headed to the mall on the MRT to look for one...

Interesting about your nightmares. It seems that since you are in a safer country, you brain has recognized that & made adjustments to not be in fear of danger subconsciously. I also found enlightenment around the same age.

Yes I agree, Sometimes in some places it's kind of hard to be a good man. of couse you have to have a strong mind to fight with those obstacles.
Just like the Buddhist monk says...
Be a good man and help people it's very hard and you have to have a very strong mind and also strong body, Not the same as Being a bad man because you just do nothing and yes, just be a bad guy...and it's not hard anyone could do that.... now it's time for you to choose which guys you want to be. Lol 😂😂😂

Your nightmares are related to a lot of anxiety. And yes, Thailand does cure many of these things. Initially anyway. They may return later.

Its also due to contribution of Chinese in Thailand, the negative rhetoric against Chinese in the west is due to how lucky they are to rest of the world. Personally, Chinese are lucky for me, where ever they go, they bring prosperity and abundance with peace like Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand,
check out Chinese temple in Pattaya called Viharn Sien which was the original culture before destroyed by the Communist, they have the biggest display of Chinese artifacts outside China, statues of 18 Shaolin monks, all displaying a martial art form from 15 centuries old Shaolin Monastery. Its out of this world. a must visit temple 99% of tourist does not know.

I'm living in Cebu atm because of the Visa situation. How would you compare these things in Cebu vs Thailand:
Food quality, easy of access of healthy and delicious food, internet, transportation, walkability, gyms / saunas, value for money. Thanks man
