Philippines Vs. Thailand For Living is a topic I've had to put a lot of thought into myself as both were two countries I was considering moving to and two of my favourite countries to live as a foreigner. In this video I use my experiences to give a Thailand Vs. Philippines Comparison For Expats

Great topic. I love these country comparison videos. Especially when people speak generally and perhaps more off the cuff thought flow---vs only strictly going down a cliche list of comparison categories and not including *any* general discussion (like it looks like you're doing a lot of. Well done).. of a view of both countries at once and side by side

Thailand for food, infrastructure, tourism, shopping, value for money condos, cheap flights.
Philippines for people, language similarity, ease of visas.

Bro, why would you choose Thailand over the Philippines if the girls are way better in the Philippines?! Is the lifestyle and food really that much better in Thailand? ..I’m assuming, MMA gyms, food and expat community is what’s keeping you there for now? Does the Philippines really lack in that department in comparison to Thailand? Also. I love the videos brother. You are one of the only youtubers out there talking about this stuff who isn’t a straight up dork. lol Anyways, I been watching since you had 500 subs; keep up the good work. Your videos are very much appreciated for those of us who getting ready to make the leap and live abroad. Thanks for all the information. 🤙🏼

Thailand is better for expats. It's marginally cheaper but with a higher standard of living, and the expat community there is bigger as well. Also the Thai population is declining so they need help in that regard.

I've been to Manila but not Cebu yet. That's next on my list. Cebu seems like a way better choice though. There's no beaches or nature nearby Manila but there is plenty near Cebu.

Manila is a real concrete jungle with a ghetto and with a Beverly Hills. Cebu City is like one of those great cities just outside of a major city. If you want to go smaller but still have great amenities then Iloilo City and Davao City are good. Just try all them all. It's like 50 bucks to fly. If you go to Manila start in Bonifacio Global City.

I think Filipino women are fun to hang out with. Obviously, English is more spoken in the Philippines. However, the lack of infrastructure and the absolutely terrible food of the Philippines is enough for me to never want to spend any time there.

You need a guide to show you where to eat. There's S&R for American goods and they're actually cheaper than in the US.

That means you didn't even taste the real food there, don't tell me you only eat street foods

    • @oodo2908

@@americanstaffordshire8109 It's a common mistake for Americans. Since American food doesn't have much variety, they have bad food in the Philippines and assume its all the same. America really only has 2 distinct styles of cooking: Texan and Cajun. And most Americans haven't even tried those, I think. So a lot of Americans give up right away. And they usually date poor women so aren't exposed to what is good, cause the woman doesn't even know better.
