Dude I don't know how you ended up gettin picked up by my algo, but your video actually made me consider investing in a sim rig in the future. I do not want to risk my life, I want to play a more realistic car video game and drive cars I will never own and drive in real life. Thanks, all the best.

Awesome! Really appreciate the kind words! Assetto corsa is a great title that’s really inexpensive since it’s a few years old.

I'm planning to build a rig soon! Planning to buy a ZL1 1LE next year and want to learn VIR and Road Atlanta before I take the real thing out there. Gotta use my time at home to learn, so i can enjoy when I get there!

Absolutely man! Road Atlanta is a blast! Haven’t been to VIR yet but it’s pretty awesome on the sim!

Also, don't forget, a lot of the cars that you can drive in sims cost millions, and with more money put into the sim, you can simulate pretty much everything except for g-forces which are almost impossible to simulate (for example, bass shakers, motion rig to move the cockpit around, VR, etcetera.) If I am getting 90 percent of the experience of driving a real car, it is worth it to spend a little more than $5000

Absolutely! My sim rig is cheap by comparison to a lot of others! It’s a really fun hobby and I always recommend it to any of my car friends. The great part is that you can get started pretty inexpensive, and just upgrade piece by piece to build your own specific setup.

I have the DOF reality motion rig and for the money you pay it’s definitely a huge added immersion too especially combined with VR

Nice! I need to try a more up to date VR setup. The last time I tried it, I got really motion sick, which is why I stuck with the triple monitor setup. But I'll check out the DOF setup!
