Could your headaches be caused by tensing your shoulders/ traps while you run? Perhaps think about dropping your shoulders away from your ears more often
The muscle soreness and tightness up there is certainly caused by that, it's something I'm trying to work on. Being relaxed that is. Good catch though.
@@TakeTheNextRight It’s not easy! I find little mantras are good to repeat whilst running, perhaps you could add ‘relaxed shoulders’ as part of yours? Good luck anyway!
