    Seeing the difference in your face shape after the intro at 1:30 is a great illustration of the physical changes - but the biggest change I've noticed through your videos has definitely been the mental one! You're very humble, but you can tell that all of these little wins and new PBs with the workouts have really given you a new-found confidence, and it's a joy to watch. Be proud of yourself mate, you're smashing it!

      Thanks so much. I do certainly feel the confidence. I think the other thing is I didn’t realise how bad I felt before cos it was all I knew.

    I've been following along with your journey from the start and have loved it, it's so inspiring to see how much you've pushed and how far you've come. I can't believe you're now only 9 weeks out, looking forward to the remainder of the training and then seeing you take your victory lap around the IM 🎉

    For now i've just took a look at the video (...after long time, i regularly see these nice 100 km rides on Strava, though) missed the moment when the fat dissapearing accelerated :) , found this at about 7:00, i am not quoting, with this that when you thought you couldn't do more you just didn't stop, and that your body can simply accomodate to do much more than you realize when you don't stop (if your health allows it - a text for those just starting to excercise anything, not for you). Some singled out things, not more, for shorts, maybe. Really like the music theme i heard before on your channel (f.e. 12:40). Have a nice day.

    Amazing progress , you've come really far since the start of your journey, the transformation is phenomenal. Time to take out the Budgie Smugglers again. I love the weekly updates, I watch them while doing my long rides on Zwift while training for IM Lake Placid in July myself, so it gives me the extra push. Keep it up!

    Great work Shayne.
    Your knees were not splaying out on the bike - in both the aero and road positions. The new set up looks great.
    One question: do you need tablets at all? You have tested as a low salt sweater, so isn’t there enough salt in your electrolyte-carb drink?

      I could do hydration through drinks but I find the tablets easier to control. Just a personal preference really the good part is I have two options
