Nice to get one last video of this old truck before it gets too cold for ya. Working on things in the cold is no fun, I've been there myself. haha

For sure! wrenching on cars should be enjoyable, and it's not enjoyable when it's 30 degrees lol. luckily there is no snow yet!

Find a period correct pick up bed and fabricate to fit, level kit and it'll look amazing as a stubby dually

I saw a couple of other guys fooling with a truck like that.
They called the truck "Stubby Bob".
Eventually they had it pulling wheeleys.
Not saying you should do the same.

Hello from Finland! Hope You get that truck renovated. It's shouting "rescue me". Please, don't cut and spoil those fine looking original shapes of that old car.

What they should do is bring the frame back to original or longer and add a second drive axle to make it a classic highway tractor.

Are you kidding me? Check for spark, check fuel pump, add temp fuel tank, check points gap, check carb float and jet, then timing on #1 cylinder on tdc compression stroke. Fire that puppy up. Verify voltage regulator is properly working. Best of luck to you. You almost got it.

If you filled the float bowl it would have made life easier.

Can't watch anymore of this. I keep wanting to yell at the screen. First you need to reroute the ground cable before you burn the truck down. Best of luck. Over the winter might I suggest you learn about carburetors and internal combustion engines.
