In regards to the closed loop unwanted fuel modifications, you can just set the limits to now allow it to operate at idle and not allow it to make much change outside of idle. I noticed you have some surge during warmup as well but not too bad, looks like just a few touches on warmup enrichment might get you smoothed out.

My sbe 302 has had the crap beaten out of it for months (19lbs of boost with H/C/I on pump gas) and she's holdin on. All in the tune and keepin the revs down
Yes mine did and made 630whp and 610tq on 16lb of boost on stock bottom end w trickflow ported heads and R intake with custom grind D&D cam w a chip lol. My T5 lasted also as long as you caressed it into 3rd gear.
I actually was able to fit a big thick custom wood just to deal with the pressure and bass of to tge square kicker comp L7 in the back of my fox with a nitrous tank and a huge amp. Those hatches are insane with subwoofers. It got to a point i would keep a box of spare side and rearview mirror because they would shatter or crack. I always thought the back window was going to shatter from it vibrating so hard. One of those at 2ohms with the proper amp is all most would need in a hatch. I've had so many subwoofers from pioneers to round kickers to alpine to JL audio and eventually my favorite were those square kicker comp L7s and like I said the box was huge. With the subs and box it weighed 82lbs but actually helped with traction a little. And I had 275/30/zr17 toyos on the back the extra weight seriously helped.

This is gonna be hard to believe but I had a stock T-5 with upgraded clutch that lived in a 383 sbf, novi 2000 supercharger with meth injection. I ran it on the street all the time. Maybe with it spinning all the time saved the transmission....

Had that issue with tuner studio as well. I locked out idle cells. Used auto tune with o2 off. After you fine tune the wue turn the o2 back on and make it start correcting above 2k rpm.
She shits and gets!!! Awesome vid. I switched from a world class T5 with 3.27 gears to a full pro mod C4 and a factory long block with valvetrain upgrades and let me tell you, it is an animal at 18 pounds of boost. Those little 302’s can deliver promising numbers when tuned properly.
I did not expect that when you got into boost! I'm working on getting my ranger back together now. 5.0 swap from an explorer with a 70mm turbo. Smoked the transmission last time I drove it so putting in a built C4.
It should live pretty good at just 6k. I don't know what kind of cam or heads you have. I know my e cam made max power right around 5900. 6k sounds a bit low, But maybe it will live longer. Depends on your luck and tune. My buddy does about 8 lbs on stock block and bottom end 5.0 sbf, he's got a belt-driven powerdyne, leaves at 5500 off the two step, shifts right before 6500 for almost 10 yrs now. Im doing 19lbs on a shit turbo sbf myself. Pretty bad boost lag. Are you going to fix your Boost lag and are you going to share on how? I've got four inch MagnaFlow mufflers, pretty loud, didnt even bother with the subs, lol.

Nice. The long runner intake and short intake valve duration make for a lot of torque. It will never match that of a optimized pdb setup. On the flip side you can out hp it with the right turbo. Billet s480 would do on the stroker... or eBay s480... if you leave the same turbo on and run 15 psi expect about the same hp you have now just a lot more torque but still lose to pdb...
I did the same thing when I drive my 88 is pull myself up to the shifter like that otherwise I feel like I don’t have good control of my clutch and shifter
I have quite a few 1/4 runs at 15psi on my stockblock vorteched car. I am running water/meth injection and keep it under 6k rpms. I run it at 11.8 afr and 23 degrees of timing. Hopefully yours holds up until you get the dart motor in!

New sub here. Great videos!! Question with tunerstudio. I'm using microsquirt on mine and 30 seconds after cold start it'll idle around 850-900rpm. But on initial start it'll sit at 2400 rpm for 15seconds before it starts to idle down. I've adjusted everything and can't figure it out.

Bruce Lee There’s no point in trying to beef up a stock block the best way to go is with a dart SHP block that’s what I did now I can run 30 pounds of boost all day long no problem before I was making 18 to 20 psi with a really good management system running on C 85 stock block just can’t handle high boost

Them stock bottom ends will hold 500hp for a while. I ran 200+ shot of nitrous with bunch of bolt ons running in the 11’s for a bunch of years.

Try adjusting the IAC duty cycle based off coolant settings
