Street tuning is dangerous... but, doing pulls and logs on the street for your tuner is the best way to go... real roads=real data.. yet no is good and safe but it's not the street which is where we "drive" LOL!! I missed the video of the build but, I'm assuming it's a 400 cube Windsor. I have a dream motor in mind based on the Ford racing aluminum 427 short block. It has all forged internals and 4 bolt mains. Kasse racing makes aluminum heads for it that flow insane numbers. They have canted valves but use factory exhaust and intake port locations. They are called p38 heads. Jon Kasse is a legendary engine builder and has won some engine masters challenges. Anyway, his 427 made 749 horsepower and 590 lb/ft of torque with a hydraulic roller cam. I love the sound of this setup as it is light, strong, ford, and makes more power than I will ever need without me having to bother with turbos, blowers, or Nitrous. The hydraulic cam keeps me from having to open it up to adjust valve lash. Sorry for the long rant. Love your video. The car pulls like an animal.
Damn love the Notch man. I prefer it over the Hatch Foxbody as I've gotta 88 Gt Notch 302 it runs and drives great as well as loving the shifts but plan to do a Whipple Coyote to push 1300hp and a Powerglide tranny
