    You guys were the first people that actually made me feel like I had the capability to work out and lose weight. I've never liked traditional workouts, or going to the gym because it was either one boring or complicated workout after another but you guys definitely keep me entertained, between the motivational speaking and assurance to take breaks, it let me see results (I sweat from head to toe after every workout, but I don't feel like I'm dying!) and I lost 2 pounds these past 2 weeks so I hope I could do more and become healthier.

      I love the intensity and passion....that being said Daniel I love your motivational words but take a breath in-between. Less is more. You talk right over Alex. Poor girl can't hardly get a word in edgewise. So instead of 1000 words a minute try 800. Lol. Love you Daniel. You both bring me back every day. I have lost 10 pounds over the last two weeks just from your workouts.

    I got emotional at the end, the way he conveys the messages he want to get across is so uplifting and exactly what I needed to here. Second work out with these guys I'll definitely be back tomorrow

    I’m 76 and I did it. It’s raining so I couldn’t do my 4 mile walk so decided to try this. It was great and I enjoyed it and had no problem. Thank you.

      It sounds like we started around the same time! I did the beginner 30 minutes and "graduated" myself to this one today :P I can't imagine doing this with any other trainer, Daniel really knows how to motivate while being realistic and allowing you to go at your own pace instead of pushing you further than you can. Best of luck to you, tomorrow I'll do my workout knowing that you're where I am and doing it with me!

      @@RGrace-sl4ko I usually give up on these "easy, beginner, at home workouts" but this is by far the most motivational video I ran into. It's challenging but Daniel does know how to keep my spirits up. Happy to know you're going through the same journey. As Daniel would say, "Push! Come on!"

    I've been struggling with depression and my general mental health lately, so at times, it's hard to feel like exercising is something that I /am/ capable of doing. Each time I think I absolutely can't begin, Daniel's reminder keeps coming back to me, that even if you march all the way through the video, you're still a winner, and that alone has been helping me to make that final leap to play a new video every time. :) I've been able to exercise to your videos every other day for a few weeks now, and I just wanted to share my absolute gratitude to team Body Project! Your messages and exercise plans are amazing! I'm so happy that I came across this channel 💕

      They have more exercise videos which are low impact/low intensity. I also have a dodgy right knee so I find that kind of exercise helps a lot

      Love you guys. We found you while stuck at home during COVID 19. We have been doing it everyday and I have lost a stone in weight and its so much fun.       Agreed!! I actually think slowing down my exercise has maximized it, even in some cases, burned more calories vs. high impact or massive resistance training.

    Just real people enjoying each other and enjoying guiding us with moves that we all can at least try.
    No burpees, mountain climbers or moves that yoga pros can't do. Love each of the bodyproject videos.

    One of your low impact beginner cardio videos was the first I ever did on my fitness journey at the start of 2019 and I had to take breaks. Now, 90lbs down, I love that I can keep pace with you guys on intermediate and advanced workouts. I didn't have a lot of time today but my time spent on your workouts is always worth it!

    You are an amazing combo of trainers. Daniel's energy, peptalks, struggles and sweats, feels closer to us on the other side of the screen. And Alex's technicalities, explanations and pushing, how to do it better. Moving and getting in shape with you is authentic, funny, motivating and you trully WANT to come back.     5 weeks of workouts 6 days a week. 8.5 pounds down. The lost weight is a bonus to feeling my body get stronger. I have never worked out this consistently in my life! Thank you!

    I am a Physical Education teacher, and teaching only online this year has been a challenge. My students love these video's, and they are the best thing I have found for my students. Low impact all standing workouts are in high demand in today's physical education setting. Best exercise video's on the market these day's! I have recommended these video workouts too many different school districts as a way to get kids more involved in their physical fitness. Great job Team Body Project, and keep up the good work.

    A month ago i was admitted in hospital for some sort of Heart problem. When i got discharged, the very next day i committed to myself that i would workout daily. Lucky i was that i came across this channel. Since then i didn't miss my workout even once and i feel extremely healthy now. Don't think i could do it without this guy's motivation

    I love Body Project! Found it during Covid. I haven’t done this sort of exercise for years. The enthusiasm keeps me going and I come back every day. No equipment, no getting down and up from the floor, low impact, a real workout... and a real sweat. What more could you want? Thank you so much.

    I did this workout this morning. Can't believe how much I enjoyed it!! Heart rate went up to 175bmp!!! Second week of working with these guys. Love the motivation they give. I'll be back on Monday

    i've been following your exercises for 3 weeks and in only three weeks I lost more than 4Kg body fat weight and its awesome but most importantly its fun! after finishing each exercise I look forward for the next day and next practice session!!

      @@priyamishra3685 i use to eat a lot of ice cream and heavy sugar products but as i started practicing i almost cut of every source of sugar from my food chain , and replaced it with a great and heavy nutrient breakfast every morning , and i drink a lot of water, i mean aaaaaa lllllloooootttt something about 2.5litr or even more everyday! And it helps me to eat less and be more energetic through out the day.and when i felt i need to eat something good to feel better i tried to eat my favorite fruits or nuts and it helped me significantly.

      I know this is a while ago but I want to support by saying I have been doing this for 3 weeks and am 3.3kgs down!! Definitely works (probably would work better if I avoided my weekly treat hehe)

    Stat time: F/30/5'3"/274.4lbs and I burned ~300 calories with this one! (Nearly 10lbs down in 2 weeks just getting off my ass and eating cleaner!)
    This is easily a goto video now, it's very much an upper body cardio-- I'm feeling this one all over my arms and back and I love it~

    I've been recovering from a major surgery for the past year and this is my first time doing a more intermediate video, and when you said "If you're not standing there like one of the most marvelous creations the universe has ever conjured up", I cried for a bit. It's so easy to feel like I'm trapped in a dying body, but hearing that I still have value of some sort hit very different. Thank you so much for the workout and your kind words.

    I found these exercises when looking for a way to keep up my fitness routine during the covid19 lock-down, i do several everyday with Alex and Daniel and will continue to do them when the quarantine is lifted. I have congenital lymphodema - my leg has I've 10 litres in fluid in it, a dislocated hip and arthritis... your programme is the only one I can follow that makes me feel like I can do it!     I’m 54 years old and exercise all the time trying new ways to stay motivated. I’ve done it all: aerobics, step, running, walking,, Piyo, yoga etc I needed a new cardio activity and found you on TH-cam. You all are great! I love the high intensity with low impact to save my knees from further injuries. I always love the personalities, I feel like I could have drinks with you afterwards. Thank you.

      Body Project It went really well. I did about 15 mins of it as I’m getting back into working out. However, I love these as I hate being on the second floor and jumping is so noisy. Please keep them up as these really are fun. The most fun I ever had while working out.

    I've been trying a lot of HIIT workouts the past few weeks but I've gotta say yours are the ones I really enjoy. I feel like the time flies but I really get a good workout in, there isnt really a point where I think I cant carry on. So thankyou!

    I’m legitimately in tears right now... I needed this... my mom passed away 3 years ago and I really let myself go after that... I just didn’t care.     Yall are amazing! My greatest accomplishment today was being able to grab my ankle and do the hamstring stretch! Yes I made it through the whole video but the stretch was major since I was not even able to grab my ankle three weeks ago when I started with yall! So happy!     Did this workout during my lunch hur as I was frustrated at work. the punching and hi energy channeled my bad attitude and left me feeling calm.     I have been doing beginner and low impact cardio workout for the past 2 months. I have been watching other TH-cam videos but BodyProject definitely gave me self esteem on completing an full workout instead giving up. So, today I had did the intense cardio. It was very challenging but by Daniel and Alex encouragements I was able to finish the workout feeling awesome and happy. For now on I will be following Body Project forever. Keep it you guys.     These videos have made all the difference in getting me to keep coming back. Daniel's reminders to focus on my body and my progress have let me really focus on what matters during exercise- how it makes me feel when I get through and then start seeing results in my health. I used to be so focused on doing the moves 'right' with videos I ended up missing the point of doing them in the first place.     I became a member of TBP recently. For the first time that I can remember, I completed two weeks of a structured exercise program. It was the Real Start Program and since I work and go to school and have a child, I had to wake up at 4:10am to complete the workouts. Somehow, there was never any dread factor! Thank you and so glad I found you guys.

    I can't remember if I commented yet or not, but I had my second baby back in November 2019 and he really put some pounds on me. It has been a struggle to lose weight and to find workout videos that a stay at home mom with two kids like me could keep up with and still get results. I haven't been able to make it through any videos all the way through, but I do what I can with what I've got for energy and time. Between this video a few days a week and intermittent fasting a few days a week, I'm finally starting to see results. You guys are so encouraging and this video has been my go to video on my workout days. I'm excited that there is an entire channel with even more for me to look into when I am ready for a change of pace! You're seriously the best workout leaders I've seen on TH-cam so far and I'm so happy I found you. I've been recommending your channel to all of my friends

    I love their workouts. I like going through the first time with them. After I know the routine, it's so easy to follow along if you prefer your own music. When I'm struggling, I'll turn the volume back up so I can hear Daniel encouraging us to push through. Great stuff. I've been following them since March!

    Came in from work at lunch time and did 30min workout, came home in evening and while dinner was cooking , did a high intensity 30 min cardio.. Brilliant team, I feel really motivated. Since Covid I sort of got out of way exercising as gyms are closed. Found Team Body Project, simply the best.... I love the challenge of keeping at the same pace.... ❤️

    You guys helped me see that I can do more than I think. When you tell me to push or don’t stop I really want to give up but I do it because you told me to and I know I have to lol I don’t want to disappoint you or myself. Today I did the whole work out then I repeated the last 90 seconds of the workout 3 times so I could reach my 30 minute goal on my Apple Watch. You show me that I CAN do this! My sister knows that when I’m being a couch potato all she has to do is turn on your video and I’m instantly encouraged to stand up and workout by the sound of your voice lol

I follow your workouts twice or thrice a week and intersperce this with walks & my full body workouts.     Just wanted to say I've been doing these workouts for only 1.5 months (6 times a week and with strict dieting) and I've lost 30 lbs (from 235 to 205.)

      Update: 3 months in and I've lost 45 lbs and look the best I ever have by far! Down to mediums and had to by a smaller belt lol.
