Heyo! Just wanted to get out ahead of the comments because I didn't explain very well my sort of "mixed" reaction when calling this a WR. This is probably an unnecessary explanation but just wanted to make sure there aren't any misconceptions. First of all this is a PB for me. The biggest reason for that is me finally figuring out how to do bomb clips consistently in the practice room the day before the run(before they'd take me 2-5+ tries b/c I held the wrong direction after putting down the bomb). Plus this run was pretty solid in general other than a couple areas(That greedy death lol). This is the best recorded time for TSA but there is an unrecorded time that is possibly better by the guy who discovered a lot of stuff in this run. I'm a believer in "no vid, no did" so I called this WR. Anyways, hope you enjoyed the run. Gonna smash this time soon

Ahhh, I’m so happy to see that this game got to appear in this year’s SGDQ lineup! It’s among my favorite games, and it really deserves more attention!
I gotta day, I’m not used to seeing speed runs of this game. From what I watched here, things appeared to be executed well, and a lot of the strategies made me go “Oh, that’s clever!” So I say that this a great run of a great game! Please keep up the amazing work! =)
I don’t think I ever realized how lucky I was to have this game growing up. Such a great game, and I hope more people will get this chance to play it!
This game was a big part of my childhood...I played and beaten it countless times and It's pretty cool to see a speedrun of it!
The N64 is my Childhood. Its funny to think when I was a kid playing all these games non of us new of all these tricks and glitches. but people loved playing these games so much that throughout the years nerds around the same age as me have played the games so much we all know how to completely break the games.
One of my most played games in my childhood. Me and my friend David would just mess around and try to get new pommy forms almost every time he came over... In the end we had a red dragon, a catgirl(?), and a wizard. I still have the cartridge on my shelf I just wish I had the box as well.

i had no idea there was a second bomberman 64, i always loved the first one so i'ts nice to know there's at least another game like it. I wish the newer bomberman had this same approach to the game. Good run!

I know! I'd love to see a remaster or sequel in this style. I had so much fun playing this when I was young.
Not downhill, just more stagnant. It kinda became a lot like the Worms series in that sense.

the original bomber 64 was so good
I only played a little bit of this one and like half of Bomberman Hero, but the original is definitely my favorite, I remember especially liking the mini-boss and boss fights, multiplayer was fantastic too
Rented the hell out of this cart as a kid, wish i had bought the cart when i had the chance. this over the bad xbox360 "bomberman" game
