I have a question for you: do you think that instead of coffee I can replace my morning ritual with drinking warm gelatin bovine ? I just came up with this yesterday ? What's frustrating is that the remedies to help have been known for a very long time even since the 1930's! At your height, your bare minimum protein goal is 105g per day. You can go over that goal if you want. Fat and carbs are limits.
