You can also farm a specific ability chunk by rerolling a gear that is likely to get that ability. I do this when I need chunks rlly fast

Splatfest shirt actually has a good way because of a discount with scrubbing slots normal price being 20,000 and splatfest shirt being 2,000 and if you have a drink you could farm what ever ability chunk you want

Just equip the gear you want and farm with it. Every time you get the ability you wanted, you save chunks. Very useful.
