Perfect job...👏👏 same like system 2004 kia shuma2 ?.
For that upper line, you used a hacksaw blade. Do you think there a cordless reciprocating saw could get in there? Maybe with a short blade? I know the space is tight in there. But I'm not patient for a manual saw. LOL.
Thanks a lot ; you made my day ,, thanks you for sharing that
I have the same job to do in the next few days and really not looking forward to it. Thanks for the video by the way. I have water in the drivers and passengers foot well but there is no smell of antifreeze that I was told is the giveaway to it being the heater core but at this moment I am just guessing. If it is I will give your way a go and see how I get on. Do you know if this works with a kia sportage 2010
Thanks buddy! Needed this today
I have a 05 Kia Spectra5, I do not smell coolant in the cabin, and the coolant reservoir is low, but the radiator is full to the neck, but my heat will go from cold to heat - heat to cold, and today I just went to the car and there was a clear puddle under it, any suggestions?
Pressure test the the cooling system
@@mrautoguy8419 UPDATE: I started it up let it warm up/test drive, and the Upper Hose was HOT, but the bottom was COLD, I touched the two hose connecting to the firewall and one was cold and the other was cold. Any Suggestions?
Correction: One was hot, and the line that connects from the radiator was hot for a short period of time but ended up going back to cold.
@@terrellbratcher269 I would pressure test the system to find where the leak is coming from. I would also change the thermostat. That's pretty cheap.
Same set up for a 2005 KIA SPECTRA 5?
im not sure.
Looked at the heater core and under dash view seems same all through til 06 to me looking at AUTO ZONES exploded view...
I think I have a heater core leak I smell coolant in cabin and also idk if this is another sign but my coolant keeps disappearing and I have to fill the radiator too much
Check floor and see if its wet
@@mrautoguy8419 it wasnt wet. And also my radiator hoses hold no pressure they are always soft and hot but my radiator cap is good
@@heatfan1502 look around for leaks. If you cant find the leak have the system pressure tested.
Brooo get ur self a damm flashlight
How long did it take you to do it
What size hose did u use
