- We've had this condo for 6 years now. It's been an interesting time owning it, but overall we love having the condo and, of course, we love Zihua. Residencias KauKan was built between 2017 and 2018 with 13 total units. Our unit is the closest one to the beach. We also have a private parking spot and a small storage unit. See y'all in Zihua!

Omg love your condo ! Amazing ❤ I’m considering Zihua for living half the year at least. We are currently in SMA but lived in Hawaii 18 years and really miss the beach ! If you don’t mind me asking what do longterm rentals run for a place like you guys have ? Thanks a bunch !
There are nice places for 10,000 pesos a month year round, but the newer and more modern casas on the beach with all the amenities, during high season, can rent in the 100 to 150,000 pesos per month range.

Thanks! To rent you can go on our website to see rental rates. To buy we would recommend talking to a realtor. I made a video and listed local realtors a while back that may help you.

Hey Matt. I am a new subscriber and have really enjoyed your videos. I am planning a trip to Zihuatanejo for Christmas and New Years. Do you have any of your places available? Love your condo but are okay with a simple studio or one bedroom.
Thank you! If you go to our website, zihuatravels,, we have Dario Canela and Dario Doce both available until Dec 29. They are 1 bedroom condos, pool, A/C, wifi, new and clean, and walking distance to everything. Everything is booked for New Years, though.

Sorry if I missed it - how do you rent your unit - are you on VRBO? Direct website? We have always stayed on La Madera at Aura del Mar but this year we are staying at your friends place - Casa Herradura. Love your location!
