I've always been a little scared about cracking the K series motors open since I've only dealt with B series motors. So glad you have all these how to videos to show how it's done.
I’m learning a lot about k series I have lot experience on the b series engine but it time for me go buy k24a2 and get to work on it nice video keep 🔫 gunnin bro
I'm pleased with the channel. Sometimes I learn how to do something I haven't done before, and sometimes I learn a different way of doing something I've already been exposed to. It's always good to see other people's methods.
I love all the 💎💎💎 you give/teach us!! I wanna go K series but have so much into my B series already and not finished.. (are we ever finished lol) I have an EK hatch and a EG hatch i could put a K into and there is no rush. So maybe I'll start getting parts slowly and do it! At least I have a good understanding now because of you and I appreciate it. Thank you for everything. Stay humble and keep gunnin! Yeeeerrrrrppp
Aki thank you for all you do for us.. you're the GOAT hands down.. You're a very valuable asset to the movement you created and the sport we all enjoy!. Migz
Subject: valve seal replacement Is it something you know how to do without taking the head off? Also how do you check if you have bad valves? What process do you use to clean or polish them? Thanks 🙏
Pull the plugs, remove valve cover, rotate the engine until it's just a few degrees below TDC for cylinder #1. Get some beads or nylon rope and feed a length of the beads/rope into cylinder #1. This will keep your valves from falling into the cylinder once the keepers are removed. Use a flywheel locking tool or a ratchet/breaker bar with a 19mm socket on the crank pulley bolt to keep the engine from rotating while you compress the valve springs. Use a blowtorch to heat up the valve seals to the point they start to expand, this will make them much easier to remove with a pair of pliers. Install your new valve seals with a valve seal driver and a small hammer. Reinstall your valve springs, retainers and keepers. Repeat for cylinders #2, #3, and #4. You can clean your valves with fine wire wheel, but you'll have to remove the head to get them out. Valves themselves don't really go bad unless they're bent from a broken timing belt/chain, it's likely the valve seat that will need attention if the cylinder is not holding compression. This is where you would want to lap the valves, plenty of TH-cam videos showing how this is done.
i like when you make mistakes like that on camera. when you were putting the oil pump on without the chain i was thinking like yo i think you forgot the something bro. thats something ill never forget now because you made the mistake for me. thank you brother keep fuckin gunnin
Changing out my oil pump soon and this video was VERY helpful... Truly appreciate you taking the time to perform this and posting it.. you didn't post the part number for the Oil Pump.. overall.. good VId bro
The DIY level is perfect to be honest.. I was going to put a K24 into a future project and I’m hoping the steps are the same so I myself can do it.. My and my brother are both keen on doing a complete all motor build with a minimum of about 350-400hp.. I appreciate these vids no lie 🔫🔫
Good shit on the DIY's my boii...very helpful for someone that dont know much!! Keep up the smart work #keepgunnin #stayblessed #10toes #FuckARacer 🔫🔫🔫🙏🙏🙏💪💪

The two 12mm bolts for the oil pump is 16ft lbs, the 10mm id say no more than 10ft lbs. But I've seen people putting down 22ft lbs witch is excessive you could crack your pump.
That k20 oil pump is something I have to get done in my k24 ep3. I have kpro set to 7800 rpm limit but I feel like I could get a little more mph if I could raise the limit and be safe to motor
AKI , thanks for all the informative vlogs much appreciated it!!!! I have a K24A and I’m currently doing a K20 TYPE-S oil pump/baffle plate and I was wondering if I can reuse the K24A steel oil pan or do I need a K20 oil pan? It’s going into a 06 RSX TYPE-S the old pan in the car was damage from a rod coming out through the block and pan.
Chur bro I've got a turbo Cl7 euro r Accord with a nice turbo setup on it stock block stock head stock oil pump.im asking u if you can tell me what pump and parts do I need to upgrade my factory oil pump so I can give her a little more power, and not have to worry about oil pump failure.@ the moment I'm runninga dyno tuned 265kw on 8psi.im wanting atleast another 100kw or so awesome content bratha.
