Lost my mother to dementia five years ago. Actually, she lost what made her *her* 2 years before that. She didn't know me, didn't know who she was, or where she was. It was horrible to watch who'd been an independent, bright, and always curious woman lose bits and pieces of her mind, her memory, and her personality. This episode touched on what scares me most. Thank you for showing their happy outcomes!
Dr. Will is so intelligent and insightful with a huge dose of compassion for each and every patient. It's so wonderful that he fully understands the fear and feelings of uncertainty on the patients part. He is the exact kind of doctor I would want taking care of me and my family. Bravo Dr. Will, Bravo.❤
This was my favorite episode of all the many I've seen. the love shown by all these people, the importance given to family love, to being together, it was so refreshing and moving, I wish I've had a family like the ones we see in this episode. I'm so happy all survived and went back to were they were, they deserve that from life, no question.
I love this series so so much.,you don’t come here to see blood. What’s so beautiful about it, is the fact they are mostly showing relationships. The depth of this production is impressive❤
Good day to all of you. I am one of the registered nurses, although I have a good and relux job, but I wish to join this A&E. That would be my great achievement. Being the part of code blue members, it's very relaxing when someone recovers from the bad injuries.
How wonderful that all the patients survived & look well! congratulations Will & your team of amazing doctors & nurses! love from me in Port Elizabeth Eastern Cape South Africa 🇿🇦 ❤❤❤
What an amazing skilled and thoughtful person and consultant/doctor Will is, and so humble with it And that family, Saleh and Naaz just adore and admire their Dad, and it shows the man he has been, and is. And Naaz has a beautiful soft face, and has such incredibly beautiful eyes, which are accentuated perfectly by her make up.
I had skin removal in my lower abdomen. The blood vessels that were severed were cauterized. No one knew 3 of them actually failed, and I was sent home. I was bleeding internally for hours. Crashed several times. They gave me blood and plasma. My niece said they used a pressure sleeve on the blood to get it in me as fast as possible because my blood vessels were all shutting down at that point, and my heart kept trying to stop. Surgery again and spent several days in the hospital. Blood loss can happen so quickly.
God will continue to bless every doctors and health workers all over the world. I always feel sad when I see people going through pains and even some at the point of death. And these doctors and nurses work tirelessly 24/7 to save lives.
And the government treats doctors and nurses like lepers. Hospital staff care about people, the government cares about its chums and donors. Doctors and nurses are heroes.
The lady who was in the car accident, she needs to find a new place to live.I would worry with stairs in her beautiful house that she may fall down them..she looks great for 79
At 75 years of age with two cancer battles, three heart attacks and congestive heat failure I wish Will would move to the US and become my Primary Care Physician.
I’m not 100% sure either, but the consultant doctor sort of seems to control the total activity. I’ve seen several of these shows where they featured the consultant. The consultant watches to make sure something is not over looked in the rush to check the patient. Or if he/she thinks the other doctors are going down a slightly wrong path, may direct them a different way.
Good families are also realistic, not just monsters. The focus can't always be on the bad, they're 99% of the news. Allow the world to see the good that exists.
There was one of these shows where the 78+ lady had an issue which wasn’t so bad actually. She had a bad family situation. It turned out when she was in her early 20s, she got married and had 10 kids in 10 years all of which she abandoned when the youngest was 3! Walked away from them, turned her back, never looked back, the little 3 year old said. She got the kids back again 10 years later but abandoned them again very soon. The only child of her 10 that wanted anything to do with her was that 3 year old, now grown up, named Helen. The rest of the kids want nothing to do with “mum”. That one child, Helen, would get a very distant look in her eyes when she talked about being abandoned. But she had been back with her “mum” for 20-30 years. They saw each other every day… or so. Helen found her mum just by chance. Mum never looked for any of her kids. And didn’t care to.
Saleh's reference to his father Mohammed as the roof of the house was profound
Same when he said he's my idol. A lot of men could learn from him.❤
Wow, what an emotionally charged episode. I got teary when I saw Muhammed at the family table. And everyone made it home again...phew!
The young doctor….He is priceless. I wish all of us were as lucky to have a doctor like him. ♥️
I love Will's style as a consultant.

The family rallying behind their loved ones make me smile but cry at the same time. Bless them all ❤

That’s so true you could never do enough for your parents I really hope the best for Mohammed. He seems like a beautiful person ❤

Eeeesh good God I hope it worked out well for you ❤
What a mesmerising voice Penny has, wow! So beautiful ❤
Tears tears of relief this was the very bestest Thankyou!
If only we had Government hospitals like these in SA😢
The public, as a whole, must corner the government and threaten them with being voted OUT. That's what they all fear.
I really Like consultant Will he is a really nice man and very caring.
loved this episode ❤❤ wish there was a new one more often

How wonderful to see how kind all the staff are!

I say this emergency room department run by wonderful team of doctors
I love your hospital videos. I watch them as often as I can.😊
Will reminds me of James McAvoy ❤
Will is absolutely fabulous.
Judith is such a cool lady.
Love these stories .... and the music helps tell those stories!
Yay Will. I love you
He's very empathetic isn't he

Good morning Donna! Great episode as usual!❤
Damn, I wish will would emigrate to Modesto, Ca! He’s one hell of a great Doctor!
You are so lucky to have your parents.Mine are both gone.
what an episode - Dr Will is brill !
If you are curious like me, this season (series) first aired in spring 2016.
Very heart felt ty❤
And the government treats doctors and nurses like lepers.
Hospital staff care about people, the government cares about its chums and donors.
Doctors and nurses are heroes.
I like this show, but the picture quality has deteriorated recently, making it hard to watch.
That is because it is not the original, Banijay runs copies!
The lady who was in the car accident, she needs to find a new place to live.I would worry with stairs in her beautiful house that she may fall down them..she looks great for 79
I hear that! I broke my back when I was 46 and in great shape. So I learned my lesson quite early in life.
Yes I too wish we had good government hospitals in south Africa.horrific
Lol the man in the waiting room whose girlfriend spat her gum in his hand 😂 He is _smitten._ lol
Amazing episode... what year was this??
The dr who said the tiny pneumothorax isn’t a big deal, should feel the pain. Tiny or not it’s excruciating.
we in the non third world really do not have a true appreciation for what health care we have.....
At 75 years of age with two cancer battles, three heart attacks and congestive heat failure I wish Will would move to the US and become my Primary Care Physician.
Most doctors dont want to work in the US type of system.
❤
24 hours 7;days a week. I honestly would never think someone would ask that question ⁉️
What happened to seasons 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10?
I'm in America...what is the register and consultant
I’m not 100% sure either, but the consultant doctor sort of seems to control the total activity.
I’ve seen several of these shows where they featured the consultant. The consultant watches to make sure something is not over looked in the rush to check the patient. Or if he/she thinks the other doctors are going down a slightly wrong path, may direct them a different way.
Actually a Consultant is in charge and a registrar is a specialist.
I do wish this program would be a bit more realistic about families. My parents were monsters. Not all families are happy.
Good families are also realistic, not just monsters. The focus can't always be on the bad, they're 99% of the news. Allow the world to see the good that exists.
The bad parents aren't going to agree to be a part of a program that is aired nationally and internationally.
They do cover family issues quite often.
There was one of these shows where the 78+ lady had an issue which wasn’t so bad actually. She had a bad family situation.

Helen found her mum just by chance. Mum never looked for any of her kids. And didn’t care to.
@@PammellamI saw that one...crazy!
I do wish people would NOT have a party in A&E.
Not appropriate....increased infection risk>>>take food elsewhere.
whats rapid x
Rapid means very quickly. Ex.: The blood was pushed into the patient rapidly.
