How I love the Scottish accent on the Scottish couple. My dad was born in Glasgow and even though my mom was born in Montreal, her parents were born in Edinburgh, so I have thick Scottish blood running through my veins. When my dad passed away in April/12, I knew the one thing that I would miss the most was his Scottish accent. I have a phone message on their phone, but I guess my dad picked up the phone as it was starting to record a message so I have 30 minutes of him, speaking to his friend. I listen to it every once in a while to hear my dad‘s voice. I hear that voice and I felt safe as a little girl. It’s funny how that happens.🥺
I injured my spine, falling on rocks during a flood. Unavoidable. But otherwise, please avoid hurting your back, always. Even a good recovery isn't as good as uninjured spine. 16 years later. Especially lumbar spine injuries so easy to do.
I broke my fibula. We had been fishing, and I was getting out of the boat to back the truck down so we could load the boat up. I knew as soon as I hit the ground and heard the snap, it was broken. It didn't show up on the x-ray because it broke on the inside the bone. They sent me home in severe pain. I would fall every time I turned to the right. They done the MRI and it was worse than they thought. It was broken along with the lateral and medial minuscus and ACL. Surgery was done, and I healed. It was the worst pain I'd felt, and I had both of my kids naturally. Everyone done a great job. ❤

That ankle was gnarly!!! 🤢
That was a tough one to watch.
As someone who has been through broken bones, for all that is holy, DO NOT put patients through that without sufficient sedation.
England is far better at giving sedation fast than America.
When I had to have my wrist set at age 16, the doctor didn't wait to numb me. Just grabbed it and started pulling. I screamed bloody murder.
That sort of sedation works by making the patient immediately forget about the pain afterwards, so that it's as if it didn't happen.
OMG Jayden and his Mum now live in my old ho e town
Do you want to look at your ankle now? It’s all back together! Yeah, right…….🤢😵💫😊
