    Thanks so much for this practice Andrew! I Did day 16, 17, 18 in a row and it was challenging, though it lifted me out of overthinking and allowed me to feel a bit more alive again

    Thanks as always. I'm curious why you do not chant or practice incorporating Sat Nam? In other sessions I've done they used it more. Just curious.

      This 30 day series is mostly composed my own creations of Kriyas. So as it is not part of Yogi Bhajan's system, I feel it would be inappropriate to represent it as such. This is why on Yogi Bhajan's sequences I always chant the mantras, whereas in this 30 day series I have omitted them.

    I have done day 18 today and find my level of energy increased significantly since i first found this channel a month ago. just got one question, for this 30 day program,can i repeat some of the days that i didn't do well? or i have to go to the next day? Thank u so much🙏

      Thank you JK! I'm' glad to know you're enjoying.
      With this program you can modify it however best suits you. I really encourage you to trust your intuition. So if you want to repeat a day, certainly! Go ahead.
      I would not recommend to get "stuck" and keeping doing one day over and over, in order to try to do "better". In this case it may be better to finish the program and then repeat. You will likely find the second time through the experience is quite different because of all the energy you have opened and moved through the first cycle.
      It will be here. So you can do as often as you like 😉🙏
