Doing the Voicework for Monday Mule was an absolute blast to do with Ianassa and the rest of the team. It's also nice that an unscripted rant I did made it into the mission due to it being liked. I can't wait to see what will be made next, and to see who I'll get to do VA work for next. My BOI with the two for one special lets go! It’s not really made for SP but the scenario I have put the most time in is the liberation campaigns. Those are sooo good!
Used OPCOM a fuck ton when I was doing mostly SP. Played on South Asia for mostly realistic operations. Love it when the AI gives me a grifref that is like 14 numbers long.
My favorite: DUWS_X Dynamic Universal War System - Xtra. It’s been updated frequently recently and has multiple factions compatibility and works with any map you can load. Gives you great flexibility and dynamic missions and is just a great overall experience. Customizable with weather, civilians, zones, and everything

I don't know how I missed this video. This is an awesome list of mods. Dynamic combat ops was also my first dynamic single player mission and I still play it every now and then to this day. Operations command looks super cool and I'll have to check that out too

I almost always play this game in single player mode. You are missing the one I play almost exclusively in single player mode - WLA: Amalgamation. Plus you can play it on many maps. I just started a campaign on the map Esseker. That is a nice map. Plus I have a ton of mods installed to really enhance the experience. A campaign can last weeks at a time. I have 4 of the 5 mods you listed. Surprisingly, I don't have your number 1 mod "Cold War Rearmed III", which I just fixed that problem and will be checking it out real soon.

I'd add the "GHOSTS" campaign made by DND. Also full-voice acted, around 5-10 missions (i don't remember the precise number), and a really cool story with 2 different endings based on your choices.
I can tell your a combined arms guy, but I am hurt Dynamic Recon Ops (DRO) wasn't even mentioned when I prefer it to Dynamic Combat Ops (DCO). DCO feels less unique than DRO because it only has one mission type.
I completely agree. I think DRO is much better than DCO for SP. Only because commanding the other squads / vehicles is a total and complete ball-ache! I gave up on it after a few tries. DRO on the other hand maintains the configurability, variety and gameplay, but with just the standard frustration of commanding AI…although I find using some mods for that quite helpful…I wish there were decent mods to make “high command” work really well, but none of them seem good enough to fix the problems
Is there any SP mod that makes more like a RTS ? Like building squads, placing down bunkers and sending attackorders? The key here is to be singleplayer. :) Thanks for a great video.
Dude you forgot 2 things: EVANEX: AI VS AI This is essentially a annex and invade mission but for single player and the ai fights basically itself- the defenders keep spawning troops tanks and jet to defend a random area and the attackers spawn at a base and use ai helicopters to load and unload ai sqauds to the area The area is active until all three random objectives are met and theyre designed to be accomplished by humans since the ai is not about to just destroy a radio tower just cause its there but you would know since its marked as an objective 2-random infantry skirmish Unlike what the name implies, this is not just an infantry skirmish as the two sides also have vehicle support The player decides the factions from the mods he loaded with the game, and what vehicles they can use He then selects how many troops there will be at any given time for both sides and how many vehicles, and he also selects his loadout Then lastly he selects the town theyre going to fight over, and as he spawns so does all the ai and their tanks helis and jets all converging on the town he selected and trying to put as many soldiers inside as they can to score points while eliminating the opposition and creating massive battles as jets fly and shoot down one another over your head as tanks and mraps patrol the citys streets Both are extremely fun and i hope youd mention them too in the future for they are truly works of art that deserve recognition
You should check out Dynamic Recon Ops, it’s a more stealthy and faster shorter mission than Dynamic Recon Ops, I’ve been playing it recently and it feels like a spiritual successor or SOCOM US navy seals, albeit without the story just random Recon/direct action missions

I agree, its really showing its age. To me the graphics look flat. But for being an older game, it plays terrible in certain spots, even on modern hardware. Its still a ton of fun though.

I’d just like to throw out there that all of baby yoda’s stuff is essentially broken, users have told me it’s because it isn’t being worked on or updated anymore, I CANNOT load any save games, from what I see in steam others have been having the exact same problem as me since 2018….(also I’m not talking shit, as I understand it the real problem is with arma 3 itself and not the mod or modder)

Another great single player scenario is Hunter Six: Spec ops unit. Great dynamic mission modeled after the investigative type of missions in ARMA 2.

Cold war rearmed feels slow to me for some reason, I wanted to like it but I just couldn't get hooked on it.

It can… you can play with any mod in campaign. Using a Zeus mod you can also add any assets as well.
