@@ugrena7419 I've only played Arma 3 for about 30 minutes, but I remember it running extremely poorly and being very clunky. And the gunplay was the most anti-fun thing ever, very stiff and unresponsive. Also the amount of keybinds made me want to off myself. And just for context I play and enjoy games like Hideous Destructor for Doom, where you have to strip armor off before you med.

Also FYI, the humvee at 7:25 isn't too heavy, it's just because the towing script is janky as hell. You have to deploy the tow ropes from your truck and attach them to the vehicle being towed, not the other way around. Since you deployed the ropes from the humvee, the script thinks you're the one being towed and doesn't allow you to pull the humvee around.

The fact that i can see an hour and twenty-minute drewski video and just be fine with that really speaks to how great drewskis content is, love you man.
You got me into Antistasi and it is one of the best gaming experiences I've ever played. I was a gunner on a AC130 hammering a outpost using white hot thermals. I gotta say, I haven't had that much wow factor in a game in as long as I can remember. Must be awesome with a Army of teammates.

I really appreciate the lack of "enhanced vision" during the nighttime. I've played Arma for so long, and it might be annoying to some viewers, but the darkness in the night, even on videos, is what really makes Arma feel like Arma. You can't see a damn thing and there could be an enemy a meter away without you ever knowing. I like knowing both in game AND on video how it seems instead of artificial lighting.
I played on this map for 4 years via dayz, every time drew approaches a set of buildings, i know exactly where they're at. it makes this sooo much more funny lol

Arma 3, DCS, and VTOL VR have to be my favorite videos of yours to watch...hands down. I often find myself rewatching those videos.
I play a lot of Antistasi solo and that's a ton of fun, but a very different kind of chaos from this. Playing with AI is like herding cats. Great video!
I play solo and with friends. However I only use AI for bases and towns. I'm what you could say "special"
It'd be cool if there were more servers hosting this. Especially in my region (Oceanic/Australia)
after 20 years into ofp/arma I can tell that antistasi has one of the best scripts and shit ever made, sure commanding the AI buddies is not always perfect (except the random short moments when they go super high IQ and act like SOF) but the gameplay makes you forget about it, its like ofp:resistance campaign but I can decide what to do
I could never in my life have the time nor amount of friends to play anything like this, so its super nice to be able to experience it through Drewski's gameplay.
God I love this. It really shows how it can go from a controlled firefight to absolute fucking chaos. Hopefully it gets enough love so you keep making more Antistasi content.

@@immarkers bakhmut, ukrainian counter offensive, avdiivka and currently chasiv yar. The russians have been bombing the ukrainian army into oblivion the past 1+ year. If you still think russia is currently losing you are delusional (im from Germany before you call me a russian bot).
Srsly the russians have been using air strikes by SU-25s multiple times a day over chasiv yar directly flying over ukrainian positions without being shot down something that has been unheard of almost the entire war. Pretty much means Ukraine lost most of its AA capabilities.

I love a good antistasi game. We ended up fighting over this 1 city about 10 times with the Russians. And 1 time shelled Kavala before storming the fortress.

I still haven't gotten over how the past 100 years armies invested inordinate amounts of funds into making their soldiers look invisible. Yet, now everyone looks so similar wearing camo and there are so many types of camo that to avoid fog of war friendly fire and to coordinate, armies and militias need to wear things like brightly coloured armbands, legbands and tape over their helmets.
I watched this entire video like it was a movie. Seriously Drewski your video production skills is amazing!

the ending reminds me of a specific antistasi mod years ago that made the russians more specop-ey in the beginning stages. We'd be chilling at 'cheese factory' near agios dianysios at night waiting for night to go away and undercovers to get back, then my buddy noticed a UAZ parked on the hill, we went to go get it cus hey, free light truck. Then our entire squad was wiped without knowing it. We all respawned back at the factory and the people there were confused and so were us. So we leveled it with a mortar. Turned out the better AI commander mod makes the russians do recon on the player faction bases with 1 UAZ full of VSS armed VDV at night until the russian faction entered the direct combat stage. Just wish i could remember which antistasi it was since theres like 10+ variants at this point
