Great video with good information. I was diagnosed with chronic Lyme in 2016. Not one Dr ever suggested any natural blood thinning supplement. I've had to figure this out myself. I just now heard about boluoke. I still suffer with stiffness/arthritis, nerve pain in feet and headaches. Ozone therapy helped me greatly but only got me so far.
I'm sorry to hear about the Lyme disease. I was diagnosed in 2007 and I feel that I have had to learn a lot on my own as well. That is why I make these videos. We have to share our knowledge and experience so that it is easier and faster for other people to get diagnosed and treated.
@@HealthyHabitsLiving Oh thank you. I need to learn more about this boluoke. How do you control the quality of it? I mean so it's not cheap knock-off stuff from who knows where? I did go to their website, the makers of it, and they did have a list of authorized buyers. I see it's on Amazon but that is one source to be very leery of.
Hello! I have Lyme disease and have been treating it with HBOT and various supplements and herbs, and am currently expanding my protocol and think that Boluoke/Biofilm disruption will be my next step. Could you please share the reccommended dosages that you were given, and what dosage you found to be effective for yourself?
It sounds like we have shared a similar journey. Here is a blog with recommendations. www.healthyhabitsliving.com/blogs/be-healthy/boluoke-the-enzyme-of-circulation
Just bought Boluoke from your website the other day and received it today. Eager to take it but I also ordered Japanese Knotweed after much research with its effectiveness at killing Lyme. Would you know whether the 2 are ok to take together? I’m super sensitive and can’t even take vit B12 from pure liver supplements without my heart flipping out & nearly blacking out so I’m hesitant to take anything anymore but desperate to get well. Thank you for any advice you may be able to give from your own experience or research. I eat clean, exercise and I’m healthy “on paper” besides an autoimmune condition (sjogrens and Lyme) but I’m finding it hard to walk now with either neuropathy pain or circulation issues. I can’t wait to try this.
Hi Sheree, sorry to hear you are suffering. I always recommend going low and slow when introducing new supplements. Boluoke should be taken on an empty stomach. If you would like a personalized plan, please schedule a consult www.healthyhabitsliving.com/products/consultations
@@HealthyHabitsLiving thank you. I’ll consider consulting with you. In the meantime, would you be able to point me in the right direction for finding out if Boluoke can be taken with Japanese knotweed? Thanks you
It sure is expensive compared to Nattokinase and Serrapeptase. What is the dosage recommendation for Lumbrokinase, and does that depend on one's body size/weight?
That is because it works 20x better. Check our the medical study in the blogs listed on the bottom of this page www.healthyhabitsliving.com/products/boluoke-lumbrokinase
I’m trying to find out if this can be taken if I have a stomach ulcer that isn’t active? Is this like NASIDs or aspirin and it will flare up the ulcer?

@@creativegirl9710 we only sell Boluoke which is a patented form of lumbrokinase. I don't recommend any other brands of lumbrokinase enzymes

Is lumbrokinase more effective than serrapeptase and nattokinase for dissolving scar tissue in the body?
I would like to know as well. This what I'm looking to use it for.
I recommend lumbrokinase becuase it is stronger and more effective than serrapeptase and nattokinase.
I made my own ..earthworm sun dry then eat 1 a day for ever young

Sorry to hear you have an ulcer. Boluoke is nothing like an NSAID. It is an enzyme and will not affect a stomach ulcer.
Can you pray it works for my DVT
Hi
I have DVT
ten years ago
Boluke good break fibrin
Can i take boluke
Or may cause dissolve clot and move to heart or brain
Or it cause break down
Studies show that lumbrokinase, the main ingredient in Bolouke can be taken by those with a DVT.
