This is unbelievably phenomenal content. There are other prominent YT channels which talk about Davinci and Fusion in general, but for me, it's really you and your amazing videos which gave me the confidence to learn and master Davinci for motion design! Thank you very much, and I really wish to see you keep on posting!

Here is a video idea. Just learned it today . And it really happed me.
If you change in a support file using a text editor ,from macro to group on the first line.
you can see the nodes of the macro in fusione and change it as you wish or just learn from it

What do you think of mralextech's magicanimate pack? Does that basically include everything that motion pal offers? And i got a question, since I am new to editing. Is it just me or does it feel like premiere pro is kinda better for these smooth and good looking animations. To me davinci seems easier but somehow everything looks so much better and smoother in premiere pro. Also all the youtubers that teach about premier seem to have nicer quality and smoothness than the davinci ones. They kinda seem like „amateurs“. 🤔

Fantastic Explanation! So I tried the elastic effect, works great but it affects everything under it when I just want the affect a text layer let's say. I used an adjustment clip layer. Any clue? Thanks

  • @bobvine

Hey Ryan, can you use the ANIM CURVES with text x & Y positions? It's all greyed out for me after splitting the parameters ..must be me doing something wrong 🙄Any ideas?

How do you use motion pal? The 'tutorial' stops when you get to the curves section and this is the point I am stuck at... I double click, try to drag, nothing happens... any ideas? There's nothing online about it... help!

@@RyanOsborneUK unfortunately those presets are only in the studio version it seems.
Same with the template you did for the yt call to action. It used things that required studio version.

can you use elastic, with the center, instead of size, like to bounce an image up and down vertically

I downloaded MotionPal, added a transform node, but when I do Modify with... motionpal, it adds its own node and the modifier tab remains grayed out. What am I doing wrong?

animation curves doesn't work with your technic for XY path. You speak too fast and smash your words.
You have to explain from A to Z for the XY elastic and bounce effect instead of to say this is the same thing than method 1
