My mom is from Shillong too.
Now I understand why Korbin loves nature and animals over the humans... Bcoz he spent his childhood in the beauty of nature... And that's the same reason for me too... I lived in Meghalaya... Lots of freshness, purity, adventures, peaceful, etc etc... But the main thing is pleasant greenery with cloudy sky....

First and second wettest (rainfall) place on Earth, Cleanest Place in Asia, one of the only places to have Cherry Blossom festival, Sacred Forest, and manyy moree. This place is 💙 . My neighbour state. Have visited almost all the places they showed in this video. Guys, you really gotta visit Northeast India.

I cried when Rick said 'I've never had a country come to me'. ♥️ I feel so proud of my fellow Indians who are happy to share our culture with others, and also thankful to people like Rick and Korbin who are so enthusiastic in learning from us all. I really appreciate when you guys admit that you previously subscribed to stereotypes about India (which is inevitable, of course, we all have these!) that have now been broken.
Hope you get to visit India soon! There is so much to see and explore. I think it will be a fabulous trip, because I envision you both entering the country and being engulfed by the love of all these people who have watched you fall in love with India on TH-cam! 1.ladakh((life chaging experience with huge mountains and snow beautiful lake's ,heaven for bikers).2.meghalaya(full of nature with falls and greenery)..4.kerela(lakes falls and greenary food..4.Rajasthan(Desert camel's palace food culture warmness) 5.mumbai ( slums and Bollywood, nightlife pubs) 6.Himachal(greenary lakes falls local food) 7.jammu& Kashmir (lakes foggy hills and mountains,house boat, height and cold 8..ther are 100s of places to visit bt these are must..dont forget to write it down in ur note..have a great day😊😊😚😚😚😘😘😘😘

If u remember Andrea Tariang from Pink she is from this place known as Meghalaya. It is in the northeastern part of India. Meghalaya means "the abode of clouds".

(2). I need korbin to try the second and rick to try mild one.....
(3). Try getting at least 5 pani(s) there is more than 12 different types of pani(s) but puri remains same.
My suggestion -try even "30 kinds of samosa" .....might not be possible but try at least 10.....i bet Rick's gonna fly into his dream world!.

Thank you guys! Can't believe another video from my state! Sadly I've never been to all these beautiful places. Gutted by it now. Bugger! I've just been happy living in the town - Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya. If you do visit Shillong let me know, my husband's best friend runs this adventurous thingy there - camping, zip lining and stuffs. Apologies I'm not an adventurous girl and don't know much about it. However, more than happy to give the guy's name and phone number to you if you do plan a visit. Cheers.

As for the rain.... the name "meghalaya" implies "megh" clouds and "alaya" means house.... so it literally means house of clouds. A place in meghalaya called mawsynram observes most rainfall on earth
