    Hlo sir , iam a volleyball player due to long practice know my shoulder is having a huge pain unable to hit the ball nor serve , can suggest me way to get rid of pain ?

      You need to combine plyometrics with strength and other aspects to achieve max jump. Only plyometrics is not enough. Anyway, it is a good topic for one of my upcoming videos👍

    Sir iam a volleyball player I receive every ball but I can't spike even if I know the technics but I can't jump high I get tired when I jump multiple times what to do 🥲

      Try with jumping rope exercises, they are easy and will help you👍
