Hi volleyballcounty! I've been doing your excerices and love them. But should I be combining all the excercises you reccomend to improve my vertical jump or just stick to one. Cause I don't want to exhaust my legs, but also want to know if I'm doing it right. Please reply

It is better to combine them, but not all😉Start with 3-4 and then increase reps and intensity.

It is not necessary to do this training very day. Take day rest or make another type of training. Any decent running shoes should be fine👍
